- The fabulous food. Chef Elisa describes her style of cooking as peasant food. But it is a feast fit for a king. And the homemade breakfast pastries were delectable.
- Elisa and her family are amazing hosts. Everything was beyond great. The food is incredible. You are doing yourself a disservice if you stay and don't get the dinners prepared. Everything is farm fresh and cooked for that specific meal. The location is a hidden gem. The molise region is beautiful, very similar to the rolling hills in tuscany. The prices are way less. Grocery stores are very inexpensive compared to other regions. Termoli is a fantastic beach town only 45 minutes away by car. The rooms are spotless clean. We have traveled a lot and have never seen a room that is immaculate clean, this was. Great care is evident the moment you arrive. The beds were comfortable.

- The mattress and pillows were adequate but could have been a little more comfortable. But this wouldnt prevent me from staying there.
