The breakfast was good and the staff serving breakfast were very good. regarding the room, the house keeping people were excellent. The room was very clean and the staff would always greet you with a cordial greeting and a smile. One of the reasons I chose this place to stay was the pool but my schedule did not permit me to use the pool. On occasion I would have lunch at the hotel and on a couple of occasions I would invite friends to join me for an evening meal. The food was very good. the chef was excellent

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The design is modern but classic. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is great.

There was a €20 charge for my dog. The wood in the bathroom needs replacing.

NO SOUND PROOFING at all - you could hear every sound from rooms either side - very very unpleasant !!!

I do not recommend this hotel!

This is not a 4 stars hotel, ever! All the furniture is super old and broken. They had a party in the restaurant until 12:30am, very loud no sound proofing. The entrance door has bo sound proofing also , you can hear all the sounds from the hallway.The bed frame is metal and only the headboard is made from wood. The bathroom is awful, they offer gas stop toilet soap and toilet paper. The lounges at the pool are max 11. The stuff is not friendly. Worst experience!

The staff is really unpolite, they did not let me enter in the pool because I did not wear a swimming hat. They should provide for free these swimming hat since it is only a local regulations, people that are not locals they do not know.

The area was remote and industrial.The rooms were dated and extremely basic. The beds and mattresses were basic and uncomfortable. The walls and floor corners were dirty. The AC unit was noisy and randomly turned on/off. The breakfast was poor in choice with an improvised egg-making station in the middle of the way. One had to go through the eating hallway, whilst guests were having dinner, to access the poolThe pool area was pleasant but only available for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon. A hair cap was compulsory and charged at €3 and the hiring of the pool towel cost €7 each. A hotel facility at a cost for a family of 4 on top of the room cost (near €500 for 2 nights in a quadruple room). It's definitely not a 4-star hotel!

Lovely staff - especially reception staff. Good space, bedding. Excellent breakfast.

Shower cubicle and shower were very poor. On a minor note there was no long hanging so all my dresses needed to be hung on the outside of the wardrobe.

The pool was great and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good too.

The air con controller on the wall had a broken screen which made controlling the temperature difficult. The hairdryer was broken in the bathroom. There was also no wardrobe in our room and the tv was not viewable from the bed. I think the room was not normally used for guests

Wedding party with loud music all night long, swimming pool was closed.

We got the check-out time wrong, we thought it was 11am, but it was actually 10am. The staff on the reception desk were wonderful and did not charge us extra for a late check-out; they told us that we shouldn't stress ourselves out and that we should take our time to pack our things. We are very appreciative to them for being so kind! Breakfast was great too. We'll definitely stay at Hotel Villa Medici if we are passing through the area again! Thank you!
