A large facility with many amenities

The A/c needed to be a little cooler and easier to adjust albeit it was very hot those days.

Checkout at 10 am is not very convenient.

The room was outstanding, a proper hotel room as today is not easy to find. Big room, nice furniture, a room which makes you to feel good. The bathroom big and well furnished.

Unfortunate the hotel was not occupied, only very few rooms and this makes the breakfast to be not a good level

Nice, quiet, clean hotel. Plenty of parking space. Nicely arranged surroundings.

Hotel interior and rooms in need of refurbishment

Stained furnishings in room - very uncomfortable bed- hotel interior in need of refurbishment- only ever luke warm water available for showering - wooden floors in bedroom were dirty - balcony overlooked very large air conditioning unit and was extremely noisy. Taxis in the area were vey expensive- car essential. Breakfast not in keeping with a four star hotel . Staff reluctant to resolve concerns raised - offered alternative room which, despite staff insisting it was the same room type, it was clearly not as it had no useable balcony except a Juliette style railing .

The night bar man Christian was knowledgeable about cocktails and very attentive. Pool clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection.

Not enough irons, I think every room should have one, it’s a function hotel, weddings etc and guests who have travelled will want to iron clothes on demand. The restaurant was often overstretched in the evening with not enough staff.

A bit of lack of english language

The facilities are really nice! It's a very big hotel which looks more like a tiny village. This was not a problem in terms of access to facilities. Rooms are big a cleaned everyday. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food.

Since we are still in covid times with a lot of restrictions, I think the only fault that I could find was the organisation during breakfast were people tended to be too close to the waiter/waitress and to the food.

A big hotel with a family feeling. A spacy room with a small balcony (ask for it at check in). An abundant breakfast with friendly service.Centrally located short travels (less than 30') to the beach, plenty nice little towns and the 'big' town Ascoli Piceno.A perfect fall out base to visit Le Marche.

I think the International Space Center orbiting earth has bigger showers. The swimming pool, though large and nice, is surrounded by gates and 'vietato' messages (forbidden).We haven't found the Spa.

The breakfast was fantastic, with outstanding quality and variety. Excellent staff. Facilities in excellent condition and very clean. Clean towels every day and replenished fresh water bottles in the fridge.

Windows didn't have blinds and light was coming in in the morning, so I couldn't sleep. The walls are quite thin and you hear your neighbours. People smoke just outside the entrance and all the first floor fills with smoke. There is a little walking to do to get to the swimming pool. The room was quite small.

Great hotel in a beautiful place with stunning views. The pool is very nice and it’s easy to get around (if you traveling by car)
