Peaceful area and spacious rooms.

First room I was put in was smelly. But was changed to another room that was fine. Also when we arrived the front door was locked and no one was there, but also this problem was solved with a quick call.

The hotel looked good, a bit far from the center, there was no internet for communication.

The staff were very nice people.

The breakfast is not good, there were only few pieces of cakes and some bread, nothing more.

I don’t know who writes laudatory reviews.This was our first stay in the hotel on motorway. And I really didn’t expect much. There are not so many places to stay on the way Florence-Rome. So we stopped for the night. No wifi in the hotel. Neither in the room nor in the hall. I booked the hotel with WiFi , that was most important thing for me to be able to work but staff said they are changing internet and no WiFi for today. Broken wardrobe , broken door handles,dirty toilet seat, a hole in the floor instead of shower. For breakfast - only cornflakes and bread. But clean bedding- thank you for that!

It was located on the motorway. This actually was not so good because we had to pay 7€ more than usual in Toll taxes, because our ticket was marked as << Not valid>>, since it was from the previous day. I find this kind of disappointing. Thank God we paid it in a cabin with an actual human inside, because if it was a robot machine we could have not made it so smooth.

The things we didn’t like weren’t connected with the age of the facilities. It seemed that a renovation took place in the building and was freshend up, though not throughly. BUT There was some kind of weird smell once we stepped in the room. We thought it was from the canalization system of the old building. The hygiene was also far from acceptable and the worst of all came when I tried to blow dry my hair after shower with the provided hair dryer on the wall. The smell was centuries old and of cigarettes. It was absolutely awful. ROOM NUMBER 434Breakfast was nice, sadly when we checked out there was no one at the front desk who we could inform about the unpleasant stay.

Wifi was very poor and the gentlemen waiters in the evening were kind of cold and pushy.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and above all, the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The air conditioning was not working properly and the staff didn’t inform us that we had to activate the card for electricity outside the room first, so we slept with the emergency light switch on for the whole night

Location was good and close to the motorway. It is better though to stay there on the way South, as when going North one has to go across country for about 20 km and the same the next day to get on the motorway. Great location for walking the dogs. Also we did not hear the motorway which helps with sleeping. Staff was excellent and super friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, my bean soup was absolutely delicious.

The welcome was rather weird. There was a friend of the hotel staff sitting in the lobby watching TV. She was very unpleasant and objecting to our arrival as we were disturbing her peace and her watching TV. She objected to our very well behaved dogs and to us, a elderly couple. She was verbally nasty. Not a great reception. At first we thought this place is really awful and made a mental note never to stay there again. We could not understand as the rest of the staff was really lovely and nothing could be too much. Then we found out she was not part of the staff. Why was she sitting in the lobby watching TV? The management should not allow this to happen as an experience like this puts clients off.

The hotel has a very good restaurant and gardens

The AC in the room was not working. The mattress was definately an old.one with the middle part too used and we could not sleep as it was too hot.

The hotel itself is ok, but the stuff and the restaurant are so nice and kind, that is worthy the stay! The food at the restaurant is very good, specially the pizza and the waitress are nice and very friendly. The location is also very good, is near to the road and easy access if you want to discover the region! I would definitely come back :)

Location, breakfast, nice personal, parking. Bathroom's equipment was old,but clean. Perfect for a stop for one or two nights to explore or to rest.

The staff were fantastic. We’re so accommodating, friendly, and kind.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to no seal on the bottom of the door. The hotel had 2 driveways - one from the turnpike which took you through a truck stop. The other through town. We arrived via the turnpike so had no easy access to town.

We travelled trough Italy and it was nice place to stop for a night. On the motorway easy to reach it. Hotel was quiet comfortable. Staff was kind.

We spent a comfortable overnight at this hotel en route south. Although the property's facilities appeared a bit tired and in need of updating this didn't detract from our time there. We had a meal in the inhouse restaurant; not as good an experience as the menu suggested it could have been. In contrast in the morning breakfast was a more rewarding experience.

Sadly wasn't impressed with our experience at diner; took a while for the waiting staff to get into recognising that the customer is the primary concern not the fact that we arrived 10 minutes early for the meal! Salad was disappointing and appeared to be an afterthought. Saddened that we have to report in this way as the rest of our engagement with hotel and staff was positive

Good location off A1 motorway. Good food at the restaurant. Clean room and hosts were welcoming. A must is to buy the Montepulciano wine. Yummy! Very good value for money.
