Set in the countryside just outside Montopoli in Val d'Arno, Toscana Holiday Village offers a large outdoor pool, a pizzeria and restaurant. All air-conditioned mobile homes come with a kitchenette and veranda. With relaxing garden views, the mobile homes have simple furnishings and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchenette includes a stove and fridge. There is a table and chairs on each veranda. Entertainment for adults and children is provided throughout the summer at the Toscana park. Very cheap! Loved having a pool as it was 32 C the two days we spent there. The Village staff was very nice and helpful! The connection restaurant and bar is very cheap as well - with delicious food!Not too far from both pisa and firenze.
We had a tent and the ground in the tent area was very hard so the pegs didn't go down properly - there was no wind so it wasn't a real problem luckily. I dont thing people in wheel chairs will have a good time, decpite some accomodations in regard to toilet and washing the area is full of very steep roads which seem u safe for people in wheel chairs
It's hard to say what i liked. I think vine was what I liked
So we informed them that we will be late (not in normal working time), they took 20 EUR for that and said in e-mail that it is not a problem, they will leave key to guardener. When we arrived, we found guardener's phone number, BUT THE PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF. It was switched off until 6:00 in morning, at some 6:40 we finally got in when the guardener arrived after successful phone call. From two beds one was broked and in wc water was running after each 2 min with sound like aircraft landing, so we needed to fix that. All our conversation in reception I will not comment, because I don't have so polite words. The only thing what I can say is- they said, that it is impossible that the phone was switched off and that we were calling wrong number all night. The only problem that at 6:00 in morning the same number was ok :D

We didn't have hot water but when we noticed them they instantly came to fix it. The internet in the farthest house is neglectable.
the pool
the caravan was very old and not very clean
the price was ok. the restaurant was very good.
the mobile home was rather old and we had a defective toilette. it somehow worked but was difficult to stop the water flow. this was known, as it was taped already. would have been exchanged and not only taped.
We slept in mobile homes 5 nights. They are comfortable with beds even for 6 people (and one small bed for child). Kitchen and bathroom are clean, spacious and fine. We will come back for sure. (Dogs are for free - our loves that place)
