Pros +

• The lobby area and the gardens were beautiful . The staff was polite.
• Nice pool and clean, nice room.
• The rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated with large TV screen, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge. The beds were very comfortable. Reception staff Antonietta was extremely helpful and provided some excellent information on local attractions and provided recommendations.

Cons -

• The installations of the hotel were quite poor, outdated and not well maintained. In the spa everything was dirty, rusty and full of limestone. Just looks old and rusty. Our room was so tiny, that it wouldn't even fit a standard king size bed, with for a 5 star hotel with a hefty price tag of 440 euros per night is just not right. The bed was very narrow and not too comfortable to sleep in. Our room was overlooking directly to the laundry service area, the staff could literally see inside our room. I'm not sure if the hotel was fully booked or not, but we definitely got the worst room in the building being directly over the service area, at the very extreme end of the building . The hotel definitely does not meet the requirements of a 5star facility, except the pricing of the accommodation.
• They dont tell you upfront that the thermal grotto is unavailable unless you pay an extra 200 euros. They make it seem like part of the facilities online. The restaurant was appalling, and no other customers when we were there were happy with the service either.
