There is no safety because we should give them the key in reception and no body is there so any one can take the key and stole our stuff ( No Safety at all )
The staff is wonderful and charming. The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing!!!!

1) free parking behind the hotel;2) very attractive and well-maintained building;3) friendly professional staff;4) good breakfast offerings;5) on the main piazza in Greccio, but very quiet;6) convenient for walking to restaurants in town.
1) cool/cold at first and heater controls didn't work; staff fixed the problem in an hour or so;2) the hotel has and elevator, but to get to the hotel one has to climb several steep steps.

The staff was fantastic. They accommodated us well, including a delayed breakfast, and the room was very comfortable.

The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is lovely and the village a pleasure.
Room over looked the village main square, so activities can and do, go on until early morning, plus the hotel and room is sat on the main road and so passing traffic can be unsettling during the night.
Very friendly host, perfectly located, breakfast with fresh tomatoes , ham and eggs :)
Disappointing
We had been travelling for 6 weeks in Italy and this was the only time we were ripped off by the owner of the hotel. We were charged €10 per person to be taken to the train station which is only a few km away. We can’t recommend the place.
Very nice host; great location for exploring Greccio.
