The staff were very welcoming and greeted us very nicely, the room was cozy and the location is good as well! The thing I likes the most is the pool, the temperature is perfect and it was a relaxing time staying there

I really wanted to give an overall great review because of the nice staff but unfortunately all the water from the bathroom (shower, sink, bidet) started to run out for periods of times. In addition, the toilet made this very loud noise and whenever we flushed dirty water came out

It was a lovely hotel, nice small breakfast, beautiful pool area and all of the ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful, even helped us order a taxi on our last day. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Bad attitude of male staff member - we attended a concert and had to wait for 4 hours for a taxi, arrived back to a poor attitude because he had to wake up to open the main lobby doors for us. I wasn’t made aware in advance that there was a curfew and even if I had been, it would not have been possible to get back earlier. Would have been good to know in advance that there was no continental breakfast.

convenient location near Padova and beautiful Thermal towns of Abano and Montegrotto. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bfast. Free Parking. Excellent staff going the extra mile, like friends.

The hotel is simple but clean. It is well located for a short stop-over or for visiting Padova. As it offers a nice swimmingpool and a restaurant, too, our stay there was quite comfortable.

take this hotel only if you on a budget. the reviews are overestimated. but positive thing that the bed was comfortable.

the photos on the site are not the same: we had a very old shower. on the ceiling there was a huge mold. this is not acceptable for 3 stars hotel.

personal is very suspicios , they watch you every moment and they act like you are a thief , even you smile to them . They are a bit rasist , maybe i wrong about that , but i speak fluent italian , and i know what i am saying

Mentioned Air-conditioned when booking later at the hotel mentioned it is depending on the season. So for transition weather seasons the room can be uncomfortable, a hot day in spring for exampleNo real hot water for shower on second day of stay. The water temp felt 35-37 degrees C

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very nice people, always with a smile under their masks, accomodated every wish. Breakfast was great too. Not too big but a great selection of things.

The rooms and especially the beds could use some face lift. There needs to be more sound isolation too, you could hear the neighbours as if they’d been in your room.

H24 reception, large parking, comfortable bed

The shower (there was barely any water), no plastic bags in bins, not enough sockets near the bed (only one and on one side).

The staff was very nice and very helpful. They have provided us a comfortable and clean baby cot. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also nice. The pool was clean. Parking area is big enough, some spots are even covered.

The only negative thing I can mention was the door. It didn't seal properly, so we heard the people in the corridor.

Swimming pool was good except the restricted times of use. Rooms were cool in the hot temperatures

Room was in need of an update and furniture was old. Staff were polite and helpful. The doors of the rooms are weak and still need a key to open, did not feel safe enough.

People in the corridor are not discret et all, speaking loudly morning and eveningRoad noise.No minibar in the room.No restaurant as wrotten.

Good enough for a stop-over. Pool is big enough for a swim and refreshment after a long drive. Decent restaurants near-by.

The hotel is very nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, there is a pool and everything was very clean! It is close to several different supermarkets and a 10 minute drive to Padova.

The pool was only open from 09:00-12:00 and from 15:00-19:00. It was a little noisy in the hotel and the rooms weren’t completely soundproof for the hallways and rooms above us. The rooms were soundproof for outside though!We would have liked to have English tv channels.
