- It is supposed to be a spa resort, nothing related to spa and resort, the excuse was covid!!! Covid was 3 years ago! Very bad excuse, a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere !
- The matress was unusually hard and pillows not very comfortable which was the only downside to our side but had a big impact as it wasn’t a very restful sleep.
- Breakfast was really limited and when you travel you like to take your time and have a hearty breakfast. Plus, quite expensive too for the poor selection.We also asked if we can come with a dog and they declined.

Beautiful park like setting, quiet but close to little villages and attractions like Padua and Venice.Exceptionally friendly stuff, very accommodating and helpful. During our stay hotel was almost empty because most tourists pick seaside locations. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed.

The place seemed empty and quite abandoned. The junior suite we booked looks dark and untidy - it looks actually more like a triple room, outdated furniture, stained carpet, clean bathroom but still outdated.The only staff member I saw was laconic and unfriendly. Hotels looks empty and without any other staff. We had rezervation for 2 nights but I cancelled when we get there because we didn’t liked the property and the staff.

Breakfast was still basic, they refer to Covid, but all other hotels where we stayed managed the situation better.
The restoration of the building was nice and the only member of staff was friendly
The hotel should be shut. We were the only guests, there was only one member of staff, the restaurant was closed and for breakfast you could only have coffee, tea and pastries (which was charged at ¢7 per head!).
Tranquility was very relaxing and I like the roads and views at the countryside.
Breakfast should include to the room price!
