Modern looking hotel, very clean with comfy beds.

Staff speaks barely English, hard to communicate. No welcome feeling, I felt more as a burden.

Although we stayed only one night we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, perfect for nice walks by the sea and town centre, the hotel looks like recently renovated hence the facilities are in a very good state. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and really enjoyed the food.

The room we stayed was pretty small, and considering we were with our dog it was not very practical.

Description of the booked room included the balcony, terrace, desk, marble floors and the sea view. Our goal was to have a family vacation, not a regular stay. We were given a small room on the zero floor with a small window pointing to a rear patio road with the garbage boxes. After approaching receptionist, the only alternative room was offered with the balcony on the zero floor with no other options. It was refused.Another alternative on the third floor appeared from nowhere after I started to write a letter to the customer support of Booking.com from the reception desk. This second offered room did not have the 2nd bed for which I paid, terrace and the sea view (the sea was visible if we could look from the balcony sharply to the left). It had a desk where it's impossible to sit as it's too small with the fridge inside.During our discussions about incorrect room description on Booking.com, administrator Anatolii blamed Booking.com in their incompetence and tried to convince me that it was not his fault and I am not the first one with the same issue. Description of the hotel in general in Booking.com was applied to all rooms including the one I booked. Anatolii insisted on bad service of Booking.com and told me to book next time directly from their website instead.As Anatolii explained, there are only two rooms with the terrace and sea view but both of them are being booked since long time ago and will stay booked in the nearest future.I paid for balcony, sea view, terrace and working desk and received a zero floor with the view on the garbadge. And they write about marble floors in hotel rooms, while I only saw them in the reception hall. LMAO. Who cares about your marble floors but why lying about them?We spend there One of Three booked nights and there were still NO REPLY from their side about the compensation for two unused nights.----upd since almost 1 month. still no refund and Booking.com could not yet contact the owner...

Good location, fresh rooms and good breakfast

Booked a room with a balcony and a city view, got a room next to the reception with a view of the dedicated smoking area. The respond from reception was, take it or leave it, this is what we have.

Kitchen staff attitude. One literally yelled at my partner because she picked up some yogurt from the wrong fridge. Poor breakfast. Charging for offsite parking.

Hotel is clean, attentive staff and very good location in the area. Big room, big balcony and fridge in the room. Just across a Carrefour express a few steps from board walk and cycle path.

This is NOT a direct critic to the hotel because I was 100% aware they don't have parking but parking in the whole area itself is very limited and very complicated to finds spots. If you have a car something to consider.

Clean apartment, lovely ladies was cleaning our room everyday. Room has beautiful sea view, and beach is 1 minut walk. Two ladies in the hotel restaurant were very kind, give us great hospitality, and were making us coffee every morning.

We had parking spot in the hotel for 7 days. When we parked out, later there was not available parking spot. So we needed to go and park in the city garage, we searched it by ourselfes, because hosts doesn’t speak english and they didn’t helped us with searching for park places. They didn’t get to explain us where we are available to park, or how much does it cost, and old good Google helped us. That was very disappointing to us because their communication with guests are very bad (because they don’t know english). We stayed for 10 days, and when we needed our clothes to be washed, lady at the reception told us its 2 euros per T-shirt whitch is not correct in our opinion. In the hotel we had breakfast included, and one day we wanted to eat just soup, nothing else because nowhere in town you can’t find restaurants that are serving soup. Two carrot cream soups cost us 24 euros whitch is so high price for regular soup compared to beef steak that cost 20 euros.

The first night was good, the reception was lovely. They gave us a very nice room . Even wine for the birthday. Breakfast was very nice.

We checked out, but decided to go back for another night.. The second room was extremely small, noisy, and the a/c didn't work. They wouldn't give us another room. They made us park and walk about 3 miles, and we had to pay for the parking.

Our first night was very good, we even rebooked after checkout because the staff was nice and the room was comfortable.

All good the first stay...not so good the second stay.

Really near to the beach this smartly hotel was a pleasure to stay in . Modern , smart and minimalist furnished , very clean , very well housekeep every day .The team makes the difference in customer experience - they are customer oriented - very attentive to their guests . It was a pleasure to stay here .

the staff, they were aml i believe from Ukraine and absolutely love them! really felt look after

i booked room where had to be balcony, it was our family stay. they booked us on grand floor just close to reception. windows had metal barrels in front, we had just parking to see from window. no balcony we heard all the noice. i asked to changed atm as we didn’t booked that. i believe at thus evening was elderly italian lady at the reception and she said no. this room was in horrible location. ah and shower was blocked water didn’t go away. bathroom was swimming in the water. they came to clean but issue wasn’t fixed.

Breakfast was very average - most items were from a pack, industrial fruit juices, quality not helped with unsmiling breakfast lady. Location is ok, rooms at the back facing ugly car park.

Rooms are new, very clean- spotless! Staff attentive.

One of the best places Ive stayed recently.The staff is amazing. Absolutely helpful, kind and pay attention to everything you may need even if you don't ask them. Food. Breakfast is good. The food is tasty and you have plenty of things to choose from. I miss bacon a bit though. It is the same everyday, so on 3rd day it feels a bit boring. Anyway in general everything is good. Also, dinners were superb. Price\quality is great. Consider buying them in advance.Location is superb, 100m from the beach, there are free and private beaches, you may have a discount on some of them. If you come by train with a lot of luggage, it is better to call a taxi, cause it is far away.Room is ok, clean, all the facilities, everything you expect from such type of the hotel. You can hear your neighbours sometimes, but it didn't bother me.
