Hotel Villa Glicini

The location was 8 mins from my friends house a d we got to see some wonderful sites. The bed was very comfortable, staff helpful and polite.

Small rooms and bad internet service even after tech allegedly fixed the problem.

Lovely staff, great location for us, breakfast was fine (enough for me and hubby). The room was great, the bed was comfortable. Restaurant next door and supermarket was a 5 minute walk. It’s our second visit here and would come back.

Breakfast is good!Staff was helpful when our suitcases did not arrive until day 3 of our stay. They were helpful with requests! Good location close to Pinerolo, Osasco, Bricherasio, Luserna, Torre Pellice etc.

Busy parking in high season, but not fault of the hotel.Noisy when there are gym sessions. Otherwise calm and nice.

Swimming pool was nice considering how hot it was. Breakfast was also very good but could do have a couple of savoury additions.

Aircon did not seem to work very well, was not able to adjust temperature from inside the room.Breakfast could do with a couple of savoury additions as most items were sweet.

No soap in the room

The location is perfect for me that is why I am a repeat customer. The personnel is kind. The breakfast is good, although it could be a bit more varied. I asked to change room as the first one was in a position with too much noise and my request was satisfied. The second room was also noisy but less than the first one and better quality.

The sound coming from the nearby gym and facilities is not fun. If you have issues with sound hypersensitivity and insomnia, better take with you your earplugs. The room temperature too high for the summer especially in the bathroom, no AC. In the first room assigned to me, the bathroom had broken parts and looking quite old, there was a strong smell of sewage initially in the toilette. The room was an attic, with a window on the roof, which means if it rains you will hear it quite loud. There was too much noise late in the evening so I asked to change the room. This hotel needs fixing, it looks/feels old and worn out. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but very disorganized, I went there once a bit later and it was full of guests, with very few personnel, stressed out, who needs to hurry and run around to serve clients and clean messy tables.

Equatorial temperature throughout the property. Even with heating switched off, the heat coming from the corridor made it quite unbearable

Overall very bad hotel and I will definitely avoid it in the future.

Rooms outdated, bed not comfortable at all, shower very small and lack of shower gel / shampoo, breakfast was not good at all and very few things to chose from. Overall very bad hotel and I will definitely avoid it in the future.

I chose this hotel for a nice summer holiday near pool for my son. Unfortunately, only the outdoor pool was open during our stay. The indoor pool, spa, and other facilities were closed.The pool is not a part of the hotel and is only accessible from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Other than that there is nothing to do in this area. No place for walks, no garden, no playgrounds. You have to drive somewhere. The pool staff did not communicate in English. Initially, we were not given any rules or guidelines. It turned out that one of the pools was not accessible to children. But instead of informing me, they scared my kid who wanted to ask me something and came too close to that place. After that, he didn't even want to go to water slides and asked me not to go there anymore. So we spent our time in the bigger pool. It looks nice, but it has only a 1-meter depth. So adults cannot really swim there.

Average place.

Soooo hot in the room (+30) and no air conditioning (it was but blew so hot air). We could'nt sleep and woke up with headache. If you want use outside pool, you have to pay for sunbed. The restaurant Rosso pomodoro was terrible (they brought food different time for different people in one company, 3 people got the meals but 1 people was without food. The food was really bad.

I had some problems in the first room that was assigned to me, something in the air conditioning was not working and made a loud sound, it woke me up and did not let me sleep, also the internet was off most of the time. The personnel at the reception was kind to change my room in the middle of the night to a smaller but good room which was silent and with good internet connection. Thank you!

A suggestion for breakfast, would be great to have saltier options and vegan options.

Comfortable stay in a quiet village close to Osasco/Bricherasio and Pinerolo!

Had stay one night, but won't come again. Not very well kept hotel.

1. Very small room with no windows2. Lots of ants inside the room3. Dirty jacuzzi (dust and hairs inside). Not dared to use it.4. Below average breakfast, even no scrambled eggs and hot sausages/bacon which is kind of standard even for 3* hotels
