Borgo Ronchetto

The place is beautiful, away from the road and city so very quiet. The staff super nice, breakfast delicious and definitely worth it for the price. Would definitely attend again and recommend it to everyone!

Peaceful location just a couple of miles from Autostrada A4, about 30 minutes from Venice Marco Polo Airport. A calm countryside area with many places to explore...beaches, historic sites, the Dolomites, etc.Nice breakfast buffet!Staff is helpful and the Reception Team is always willing to assist with local knowledge requests or recommendations. Erica was exceptional!

Location is close to the autostrada and we stayed one night on our way to Como. The staff was very friendly, it all has a nice italian vibe.

Very good parking, easy access to the highway. Quite calm and quiet place. Very friendly hotel staff. Nice roomy place. Very good breakfast with a large selection. Clean bathroom.

The A/C could barely keep up with the heat. Dirty fridge, the room could be a bit more clean too. You cannot lock inside and the unlock from the outside of the room - should be at least mentioned somewhere.

We arrived at the property on Saturday afternoon. There were 2 wedding ongoing. The restaurant was closed due to the weddings. None of that was announced beforehand. We were warned that due to the weddings there will be heavy noise until 2:00 a.m.. So we decided to cancel the booking and booked another hotel. The full cost was charged to us by the hotel referring to their policy (not Booking.com policy). I found it quite unfair to sell rooms with this conditions having 0 flexibility. I stayed at that property in the past few times and was aiming to repeat the same experience. Instead a disappointment indeed.

A very nice hotel, with an excellent restaurant. The breakfast was great too, lots of variety. There are large grass fields around the hotel for the kids to run around. Spaceous.

The staff is the plus note. Very available to help. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and all dishes were delicious and extremely fresh. We had fish and pasta courses, even the fruits were at the correct maturation point. Wines, good selection. Rooms comfy and very high, that's another plus. External parking practically in their garden, easy and spacious.

It's not a dislike, mosquitos can be annoying but the hotel takes care of that too. We had repellents in the room and at dinner under the veranda. The efficient AC in the room also managed to keep them out.

We stayed at Borgo Ronchetto two different times in our 2 week vacation. The first time was for 5 days and then went to Rome and came back for an additional 3 days. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was always cleaned and taken care of. The breakfast was always so good. We would most definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say would be the beds are a little bit too firm for our liking. Otherwise, we have no other complaints.

Great location, near outlet, surrounded by wine yards. At the breakfast you can ask for scrambled eggs that will be cooked for you free of charge.

Had a slight problem regarding our room, it was smaller than we expected and the bathroom was different from the pictures. Hotel stuff changed our room to a different one, though bathroom was still not the one as on pictures.

 Very kind and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. A bit too far away from Venice but it doesn’t take to long to drive there.

Breakfast was veery simple, but for our group was OK. We really need only coffee and croisant. Staff was very friendly, ready to make your stay confortable

I like the location and the surroundings of the hotel.

Breakfast is too "cheap", they could at least give normal bread and offer some pancakes.

Dinner was high quality, very tasty, excellent kitchen!

The small fridge in the room didn’t work.

Staff were friendly and service was at an acceptable level. The rooms was fine.

Returning to the hotel in the evening on a Saturday we were surprised by extremely noisy outside discotheque, which was not announced to us in any way. After notifying staff that the noise in our room was unbearable we were finally moved to a different, smaller room, with a much smaller bed. We were not offered a refund, only a discount for the next stay (we are not planning to go to this remote area in years to come). Management then did not respond to requests for comment, therefore the poor review.
