Pros +
- Breakfast was a bit skimpy. No rolls and no vegetables or fruit. Lots of cakes.
- Good location (we could go by car easily for skiing to Livigno and Bormio). Good breakfast available enough early for us to make it for the opening of the ski areas. Excellent coffee.
- The personal was good.
Cons -
- Apart from a bit more selection at breakfast nothing else.
- Unfortunately we could hear quite a lot of noise from the other rooms.
- In the room there is no kettle nor cup or any glass. WiFi is slow. In your room you can hear everything from the hallway (barking dog), other rooms (tvs and crying babies). You can also hear the cars on the road. Walls are very thin. Breakfast was fine for one morning.

Super convenient location, spacious room and what a breakfast. Excellent!!!
Cleanliness and location.
Fantastic location with amazing views of the mountains. The room was comfortable and a good breakfast provided. The owner allowed us to park our motorcycle in the private garage which was much appreciated. They have an arrangement with a local hotel where we were able to eat in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Located close to many hiking paths, super (super) clean facility. Great location and what a delicious breakfast.
Honesty, nothing. All was great!!
The property is very clean and cute. The breakfast is fine, not a lot of choice but enough.
Great and clean hotel if you want to ski in livigno and bormio!
The breakfast is a little bit poor, but is good
Everything was great! The beautiful location, the very friendly staff, the cozy room… No regrets at all!
Nothing to complain about.
The location was good for what we needed. They had a garage for the bikes so they were kept secure. The views were amazing and the shower was powerful.
I know I shouldn't be so arrogant but the staff didn't speak English, I know, I should learn Italian but it did say in booking.com the staff spoke English. And they didn't have a bar and didn't do evening meals. Still, they were helpful and friendly after our initial interactions.
Nice friendly beautiful village with stunning views
Not a lot to be honest maybe air conditioning
Breakfast exceptional, room has all what need for the purpose of the trip. Location just enough from main cities in the area and close to slopes.
Possibility of evening snack/dinner, some more information about ski centers around the hotel missing. Nothing more to add...
This hotel is located in a village and landscape taken out from fairy tales – I can only imagine it in winter with all covered in white snow! My wife and I went there for some good rest after driving thru the famed Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm, the view out the window was fantastic (note: everywhere you look in this region of Italy is breathtaking); that nigh my wife was feeling congested and the lady in the reception made her a hot tea and offered her if she needed something else to call. The next morning we went down to check-out and have some coffee, it was past 10 am, so breakfast was over; in the reception there was the same lady from the night before, we ordered a couple of espressos, she asked us if we wanted to have something more for breakfast before leaving, we agreed and she prepared for us very good coffee, brought out yogurt, bread, jam and homemade pastries and cookies done by herself; we chatted in our limited Italian and it turned out she was the owner, her name is Letizia. We are so grateful to have met her that morning! She's a lovely, friendly and very helpful person. Undoubtedly, she made the difference in our trip.Grazie mile, Letizia!!
