- My stay at Hotel Kristal 3 was very disappointing. The location is remote and difficult to reach without a car. When my taxi broke down 7 km from the hotel, I reached out to the staff for assistance, only to be informed that they do not have a hotel taxi service or partnerships with local taxi providers. This made it impossible for them to arrange transportation for me, leaving me stranded for two hours with my luggage before I was finally able to find help on my own.The room itself was dark and uninviting, with no noteworthy features. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a proper night’s rest. On top of that, the breakfast was basic and lacked variety or quality.I would not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers without their own vehicle. The lack of guest support and the overall experience were deeply unsatisfactory.
