Good location near Bella Vista winery and Lake Orr. Great breakfast with real cappuccino/espresso. Also, parking available.

We were located in a separate building and therefore needed to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs after a windy roundabout way to get to our room.

The stuff is great. Breakfast are very good, great choice and everything is delicious, and their restaurant is great too.

We had a great stay at the hotel.The room was large, as was the bathroom. It was clean and pleasant.Parking is free in front of the hotel and the hotel is not far from Lake Iseo.The breakfast was great.

Kind staff, especially ones serving breakfast.. Overall ok value for money, especially for 1-2 nights only, but wouldn't stay for longer.

Sound isolation is non existent, you hear everything that is happening around.Breakfast is mostly sweet, only one kind of cheese and ham otherwise.

The rooms are clean and large. Beds are comfortable. The restaurant has amazing food. The stuff is polite and friendly, especially the lady who prepares the breakfast! The only disadvantages are bas sound proof of the rooms and the impolite guy in the restaurant, who didn’t stop looking his tablet during our conversation.

Very poor choice of breakfast- two types of bread,boiled eggs,one type of cheese and ham. It’s okay if you stay there for 1 day but we stayed at the hotel 6 days and just couldn’t eat the same every morning.

The hotel provides underground parking space, which is good because your car won't get too hot for your adventures. The room size is quite ok, but the bathroom is quite small and the shower is too small. Breakfast was included in the price, it was fulfilling enough, but you should expect more sweet choices than savory ones.

The room we had (110) did not have a good quality of WiFi signal. The AC control panel is not very clear. The location of the hotel is not good if you don't have a car, we thought we will be able to walk to the lake, but it is not possible because of the motorway. In overall the facility of the hotel is not bad, but if you are in this area because of the lake, I would choose a hotel closer to it.

The staff are very nice, the room is basic, but comfortable, the breakfast is super. I think it offers pretty good value!

My only complaint was the bathroom was quite old and discolored (but very clean)

The hotel and restaurant were clean and we received attentive service. Check in and check out were easy. We asked for an additional night for one room only and that we wanted to pay ahead of time and it was done with one click and a smile. It is situated next to the bus stop to go to Sarnico or Brescia. We walked through the older part of town to the winery Ricci Cabastro and enjoyed the wine tasting and cellar and museum tour. There were plenty of coffee shops and good restaurants nearby. But the hotel restaurant served really great food with good service and lots of good options. Next time we stay we will have a car to explore the Franciacorta region.

First of all very attentive staff. We ate the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Don't look any where else. Also breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Over all 10/10
