Everything was very good. Very clean and big room .Very clean and big bathroom .The breakfas very good.The management was very helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpfull service❤️. Breakfast was supreme?. Couldn't ask nothing more?.Everything was clean?. Free parking. Nice village and lake surroundings?. Good bakary beside the hotel and near by Pizzeria Mer Rosso where best pizzas In Italy❤️❤️.

The photos do not reflect the condition of the stay. We came as a tourist groups and as a provider I would have loved the hotel to be closer in experience to the pictures

Nice and helpful hosts. Good breakfast. It’s not very modern hotel, but there was everything we needed. Good location - nice small village, not crowded and not very far to the places on the Lago di Como. The price of accomodation was much lower than the prices in the cities directly at Lago di Como.

free parking in the dorbt of the hotel, fabulous restaurant 50 metres from the hotel, breakfast buffet - more than expected from a local old hotel,

crap coffee - that’s surprising in Italy, church bells every hour from 5:00 am but it was Sunday!

We had a great stay at Carmello’s place. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. He was very communicative when we asked questions and his daughter was very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed the aperitif & snacks they provided as well as all the delicious goodies for breakfast. Great location!

The staff were very friendly, including the lady who owns the place who was only too happy to help! It was a lovely experience of a small town in Italy. The room was comfortable and as pictured. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is located a short distance to other restaurants which the locals eat at and make for an authentic Italian experience.

Only real thing to note was that the show head wasn’t great but ok for a short stay. Some things are a little out dated given the age of the building, but not a deal breaker.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The cleaning staff were excellent and the concierge was very efficient at organising a taxi to Lecco. Rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom.

There were times when It it would have been nice if they didn't stand at the door and watch the people. Breakfast was satisfactory but I wasn't offered a morning coffee like other guests. Scrambled eggs were often on the cold side. There were no coffee sachets or milk pods available in the bedroom which was unusual as this option pretty standard in all hotels.

1. Noise in rooms facing the street. 2. Air conditioning is completely controlled from the reception. The temperature in the room cannot be moved even by one degree. And it does not have a ventilation function. In addition, the owner of the hotel reacts unkindly to requests to change the temperature

The staff was very kind. They let us check in early and gave us all kinds of restaurant recommendations. The room was small, but ok. We were only there for one night. Free parking in front of the hotel was a big plus :)

The “double” bed were two mattresses. It’s always my preference to only have one mattress.
