We stayed in the grand suite which was lovely and spacious. The wifi was good also. We enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly return.

Only 2 minor things we would improve- the breakfast which was lacking omelettes and variety, and the stink bugs on the windows (from the inside) - which we got rid of ourselves, but would prefer the staff to do it before we entered. We know they’re harmless but we still prefer not to have them in the room. Perhaps it’s a seasonal thing - we stayed there in October.

A beautiful villa which has all original features not spoilt by total modernisation. Wonderful staff at this hotel and an excellent restaurant. Safe parking and an outside pool which was lovely after a long drive.

The villa was beautiful. The rooms were the most amazing surprise -wide and spacious, comfortable and amazing classic Italian looks. Breakfast was very good.

had a good one night stay. Traditional estate atmosphere which I liked and also the big room and very comfortable bed. the restaurant at the place is amazing ! would love to come back

We were warmly welcomed by a very helpful young lady, who showed us to a large, beautiful room, with an excellent bathroom. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but the breakfast was very good, and we would happily stay here again on another occasion.

The house was beautiful. The room was of good size. The house is very secure for entry and parking. The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Easy to access if you have a car but still located close to Ivrea.

The ensuite room, the hotel itself (lots of history, architecture, great frescoes, nice design, safety, pleasant park), peaceful area, cleanliness, pet friendly & very helpful staff. Good price for the room. We recommend this hotel! Thanks to everyone for your warm hospitality.

Breakfast is poor, no cotton buds in the bathroom, the fire door was quite stiff to open.

the swimming pool was not usable because of the storms around the weekend. It took 3 working days to change the water and reopen the pool. It was too much... we couldn't enjoy the pool

Super location, lovely building and gardens, very spacious room. Secure and ample parking. Pet friendly. Tried to provide vegan orientated breakfast.

Maybe it was an unfortunate day at this hotel... But I'm afraid the list was rather endless, an incredibly disappointing overnight stay.. Wi-Fi not working as no power adapter in the router, Cockroaches, (couple dead, couple alive), huge millipedes, thick cobwebs from floor to mattress and dust under the bed to name but a few.!! Tried to contact reception on the night/emergency number, the phone didn't work, tried at the reception desk, nobody there and phone didn't work, sent an email via booking.com messages and no response.! It was too late to find another hotel we ended up cleaning as best as we could and trying to get rid of the bugs! On check out the next day, the receptionist said she picked up the message and shrugged and said unfortunately we were on the ground floor!! (Re bugs,). Wouldn't usually like to leave such a negative review, hopefully the hotel has sorted the problems!
