The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Though literally at the crossroads, you don’t hear the traffic when the window is closed. Easy ample parking just by your door, yet there’s another door that leads into a carpeted corridor to reception and breakfast. Spacious, clean and freshly decorated room. Very convenient to stay with and walk a dog. Lovely restaurant next door serving good food and wine. Great to have a bar at the hotel for a drink upon arrival before dinner.

Just one thing: the inner walls are not very soundproof - you can hear the neighbors, but mine weren’t a problem at all

There's not much to like...... One male member of reception staff tried his best to be pleasant. He was the only one that looked like they wanted to work there!

Poor location, in the middle of nowhere. Rude staff. Despite the mini rise in temperature, the air con was not allowed to be put on in the rooms. It had been switched off. Receptionist tried to ask the manager for assistance. She just shrugged and said that it is what it is! You have to pay for the gym every day. 10 euro each day. This is not listed anywhere. I wouldn't bother paying as it's got a few runn9ing machines, a weight machine, some dumbbells and one smelly old floor mat. Disgusting that you have to pay for it. There are a couple of local restaurants but don't expect much. Hotel only has small breakfast buffet, all cold. Only stayed there as it was close to a work location. Never again.

Very safe. There are cameras viewed by the front desk 24 hours a day. Front desk knows English. Very helpful.

The bed was hard and I didn't sleep well.

Good welcoming from the staff on arrival. provided all the required information. Required an iron the next day and staff accommodated me immediately. The lady serving breakfast was very kind and helpful.

The hotel and the rooms are very dated. The carpet is so old its loosing its colour and can smell off. The lighting in the room was too dull. Unbelievable amount of mosquitos and other insects even though the windows were shut throughout our stay. The breakfast was limited to choice.

Valentina was the best part of our stay.she was super helpful in everything.Her customer service ranked top.She went the extra mile for us and we are greatfullOur room was also kept neat and tidy.

The bed did a lot of damage to my back, it was super uncomfortable.Not having a kettle in the room is also not ideal.We felt super uncomfortable at breakfast especially with the language barrier.(old lady service)Wish there was some eggs and bacon too.The rooms needs a major upgrade even keeping the era correct the creepy paintings can be removed too..There was no laundry service as the machine was broken.

Even though there was sky TV it was all in Italien so no good to me. The bed was uncomfortable and could use a blanket

The place in the middle of nowhere with intensiv agriculture smelling bad and a lot of mosquitos outside. (It was ok inside)

Place to park the car, just in front of the room, with roof. Cleanliness, very nice staff. Direct access to outside of the room for our dog pooping, (quite usefull in the middle of night)

Modern, clean, comfortable, well-located for Pavia - easy to go out and eat there a few km down a straight road. Good breakfast and excellent parking space. Feels more like a business hotel but I was perfectly happy there for a single night.

Hotel is okay. Breakfast was pretty good with fruits, yogurts, sweets, two cold cuts and cheese and a selection of breads.There is no lack of parking and it's possible to drive right to the door to unload everything before you park.As for the rooms themselves:Our room had two single beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The normal beds were good.The aircon seems to have worked well (it was not much needed).The bathroom was comfortable with a big bath (a bit high to climb out of however).Everything was clean.All in all a decent value if you don't have kids and only book the two main beds (and you better not expect a double bed as ours was two joined singles).

Sofa bed is terrible.

Some ladies on reception are very kind. Very good cappuccino. Parking available at every moment.

Quite poor choice on breakfast, no mini bar (but on booking.com is on list), inefficient air condition. no electric outlet in room for note pad, no terrace outside, no insect net on window (there are a lot of mosquitoes outside), sleeping pillows are terrible.

Quiet place, very clean, good breakfast. Nothing to complain, very recommended. Very good steak house in the neiborhout
