The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wellness facilities were very nice including the pool. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with the wait staff providing excellent service

Great 5 star breakfast buffet. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. It's important to know that only the modern building has an elevator.

The mattresses could be a bit firmer.

Simply amazing, what else! You can enjoy everything of this astonishing and so gorgeous place, staff absolutely kind, food delicious, SPA, rooms all was perfect.

No A/C but that is to be expected with a historic property, luckily we were provided a fan which helped with the heat!

- big room with a lot of storage space- big breakfast buffet with a big variety of foods- tasty 5 course dinner every evening - good wine selection- great SPA, especially the finnish sauna with a cold plunge - right next to the Hirzer gondola lift

The mattress was too soft for our taste and some of the waiters didn't speak at all Italian

The signs for the spa, reception etc. could be more evident. I am not a German speaking person so maybe it was harder for me only. (Eventhough I speak Italian).

The Hotel staff were generally really nice & friendly especially Alessia who looked after us every night for dinner she was a real gem & very helpful to us as coming from Australia, English is all we can speak. My husband & I had a lovely four nights there & with being right next door to the Hirzer it’s in the best location for walking. A kettle in the room would be nice so you could make yourself a cup of tea.

We found the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable.

Excellent staff and very good food for breakfast and dinners.

Due to the heatwave we had to sleep with windows open (no aircon, but a fan). Our rooms were facing the road. Sadly the road seems to also be used as a racing track and car music exhibition during the night and early morning.....Nothing much that the hotel can do about it I assume so make sure you book a room away from the road. Otherwise hotel great.I plan to stay here again in the near future.

Communication and Service, the staff seemed new, which isn’t an issue unless you count the fact they didn’t seem to get the right, if any, support from senior staff members, and things seemed chaotic.The room quality, though decently sized, was NOT that of a 4 star hotel - I’d rate the room and facilities in between a 2 and 3 star hotel, as the “wellness area” didn’t have much wellness about it, but seemed like public showers with low maintenance. The pool was OK, but that’s all.The food quality was average at best, as in what I’d expect from a tourist trap in a city, not from a 4 star hotel in the mountains with nowhere to escape to.All in all not worth the high charge for food or rooms.Needless to say, it was a very disappointing stay for us and we’d raise concerns of it’s 4 stars and Booking.com rating.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very well equipped and comfortable, pool area is very nice and clean.

The service was very High, very helpfull and positive staff, always smiling. The vinecellar was closed but the staff offered to open up and let me have a look.
