- friendly and helpful staff.
- It was an excellent get away. The staff did their best to make everyone comfortable. Delicious breakfast, good food and wine.
Cons -
- -The bathroom were a bit dated, but actually it felt like staying in my grandparents' house & was cute
- Meals did not come out at the same time. At one point I'd almost finished my main before my colleague's meal arrived. One desert never came. Otherwise the food was fantasticAlso difficult to keep the room cool without opening a window at night
- The absence of air conditioning is a problem with an outside temp of 31/32 C in the afternoons/evenings. Some noise in the early morning due to loud load / unload activities on the road.Access to shower / bathtub is a bit problematic.

Location. Set in the valley with great views of the mountains, rooms were generously sized.Hotel has its own micro brewery, the quality of the food and beers was superb.

superb breakfast, location, brewery, pizzeria
better matrasses would help
Although this hotel is on a busy main road we were not bothered by traffic noise. What was very memorable was the fact that we were given a complimentary welcome drink in the bar on our arrival while our registration was completed. The restaurant menu was a little disappointing (I dont like pizza!) The breakfast buffet was super and plentiful.
Very close to river and cycling or hiking trails. Fishing permissions available everyday directly at hotel lobby.
Delicious breakfast! Large selection, local products. Very nice service. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant and pizzeria. You can take your dog with you for an additional fee of 15 Euro.
Everything! A special mention to the lovely staff of the Braukeller which made our evenings dining (and drinking) at the hotel even more pleasant. By the way, one of the best pizzas in the area, with some Calabrese touch ?. Also make sure you don't miss the locally brewed IPA, that's a serious drinking experience.
During the peak days of the peak season the hotel (and the restaurant) is very busy, but this is the price to pay when you are so highly rated.
personel was great, restaurant had wonderful Food, Roma comfortable clear, great winery.
winery closing at 6-8 pm
Breakfast was fantastic and our hungry young men (18/19 and both over 2m) were completely satisfied! In addition, the restaurant/brewery served beer and pizza whenever they wanted. We did not expect to eat in the hotel restaurant every night but the quality of the food, the variety on the menu and the reasonable prices made us reluctant to venture anywhere else. Plus, we were able to bring our big dog with us everywhere and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we heard no noise from outside on the street or inside from other guests. The beds were big and very comfortable and room temp was easy to regulate. We had a balcony with a nice view. We were in the other building (Unterwirt) which was quiet, set back on a side street overlooking a pedestrian zone. It was a short, pretty walk to the main building. There were picturesque hiking trails that set off right from the hotel and the hotel provided daily tips for what to do. Reserved parking for our big van was right in front of the hotel. It was a quick drive (25 min) for skiing or sledding.
The rooms in Unterwirt were not so modern and our bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but nevertheless very comfortable and functional. Since we had a pet with us, I would have liked a bit more storage space where the dog couldn´t get at things. I had the feeling there were certain rooms reserved for those traveling with pets and there were certain areas in the restaurants where we had to sit with our pet - which is totally understandable. I would have wished for a sauna or small wellness area. The kids did not think the WIFI was great, but for checking work email it was fine!
Great mountain view. Large and warm room. Perfect breakfast with the variety of food.
Good beer
The huge public swimming facilties opposite the hotel. Noisy at night.
The restaurant has very good pizzas! Room was big & was nice to have the entrance for free to the public pool on the other side of the road for a chill out.
Right on the main road: a bit too loud all night long. Breakfast buffet wasn't of the best qualities despite the choices.
Very good food and wine and concierge/reception and service overall
nothimg
The room was very clean and the COVID restrictions were well applied.
I paid for a room with balcony, but received one without. Poor command of English from most of their people. A bit of false advertising, the pool in the pictures is a public one, you get "free" entry with a card from the hotel. The annex is about 200 m making it a problem is you have to haul some heavy luggage or if you want to go very light to the pool. The room was spacious, but kind of empty, I couldn't use my laptop because the TV was taking all the space on the small desk. Had quite a couple of disconnects for the wireless.
tasty breakfast - everything homemade
The personnel is very friendly and helpful.
Fantatic breakfast. Good restaurant.
