Cascina Tre Botti

Our stay was truly fantastic. We left Belgium for Italy with our three-month-old baby, feeling a bit nervous, but we couldn't have wished for a better experience. The on-site restaurant was a blessing for us, making it easy to put the baby to sleep while enjoying our meals. The food was delicious, featuring fresh products, especially vegetables and fruits straight from their garden. The wine, which was also locally produced, was excellent.The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the garden, the pool, and the entire region. It was incredibly peaceful, which we absolutely loved. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even arranged for us to move to a larger room at the last minute to better suit our needs with the baby, all without any hassle or extra cost. We were very touched by their kindness and are extremely grateful!The rooms were spotless, as were the pool and garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. They truly excel at what they do—cooking delicious meals, being wonderfully welcoming, and very child-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

The rooms, the local produce prepared by our hosts and their kindness . What's more, the location offers a magnificent bucolic panorama over the valley with its vineyards and small Piedmont villages.

The hosts Claudia & Lorenzo were excellent and extremely helpful, Their English was good, and they advised on our next booking.com in Noli. The meals they served were fantastic, ie breakfast, salad around the pool for lunch and a delicious dinner all mainly locally/garden sourced. We had a very enjoyable stay at Cascina Tre Botte. Highly recommended

Hotel was pleasant, clean, well located with nice views

A few days before our arrival, we were notified by the hotel about an issue with our payment. Although Booking.com showed no problems, the hotel’s manager insisted otherwise. When we asked for more information about the payment issues, the manager was unhelpful and didn't offer a solution.In our efforts to resolve the issue, we accidentally booked an additional room. Strangely, although we didn’t change our payment method, the issue was resolved after booking the additional room, and we received no further communication from the hotel. The manager was fully aware of our error since we had previously communicated with him regarding our party size.Upon our arrival, we were met with a rude reception from the hotel manager, who accused us of booking two rooms. We immediately contacted Booking.com to cancel the extra room and were willing to pay the cancellation fees according to their policy. It seemed like the manager tried to exploit this situation, as he suggested we pay him directly, bypassing Booking.com and the established cancellation policy.What followed was a distressing five-day ordeal where the manager threatened, gaslighted, and slandered us, even making racist comments. His expectation was that we would pay him for the entire stay, ignoring that we were acting in accordance with the hotel’s own cancellation policy.At one point, he even threatened to call the police because the hotel didn’t accept the card we were using – a detail the manager failed to know or mention beforehand.It’s truly unfortunate, as the hotel and its staff were otherwise pleasant. However, the manager – who never even introduced himself – demonstrated a complete lack of managerial skills and an inability to handle situations with the necessary sensitivity and professionalism. What could've been resolved calmly escalated unnecessarily due to his mishandling.If you wish to have a pleasant, stress-free vacation, we strongly advise against choosing this hotel

Very well-kept, stylish accommodation and surroundings, furnished with attention to detail. We had a warm welcome and felt completely comfortable during our stay. Dinner was delicious and with local specialties.

This place is amazing!! I don’t think I’ve ever slept on such a comfortable bed before, the room was perfect, the swimming pool was bliss, and the care and attention that went into every detail (including home baked breakfast pastries!) was just amazing! If I could give it 12 out of 10 I would!
