Very nice hotel, with a wonderful spa, sauna and hot tub. Breakfast was also very good.

The bathroom in the standard room is very tiny.

The restaurant was superb, breakfast excellent and the room was good.

The hotel amenities of the pool, saunas and hot tub are a real treat. The restaurant served an exceptional meal for dinner and breakfast was outstanding.

Parking at the hotel could be a challenge but there is parking near by.

Very nice boutique hotel and restaurant just outside Bolzano. Good base for visiting the Dolomites. Very scenic area. Comfortable room and bed. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast.

It was amazing, the staff were very nice, the restaurant is WOW, rooms are very big and clean , great pool area and sauna, atmosphere is great and the view is perfect.

The room was very nice. It's a little bit dark to my taste (or at least i want to have an option to make my room brighter) but the size of the room was nice. Everything was prepared unlike other places i stayed in italy. The bed and the linens were superb. Having a free parking spot is a big plus but with the restaurant's dinner guests, you might not have a parking spot depending on the time you come back to the hotel. he pool is pretty nice too. The location can be good or bad depending on what you want. There is a mart nearby and the Bolzano area is close enough so if you needed something, it wasn't too far away. On the other hand, if you wanted to stay in the mountains, the location wouldn't be great. I prefer the former so the location was great for me.

I recommend the hotel but not the restaurant. The food is just okay, nothing special about it. In my opinion, i felt like the price compared to the quality of the food is a bit high and i had a rather unsatisfying dining experience. The server didn't tell me about the specials and i found out there were specials when the server told the other table which was disappointing. I was tired and wanted to go back to my room after finishing the food but no one came with a check and I had to wait 15 minutes. I asked 3 different servers for a check and it still took 15 minutes. After going up to the counter to pay, i waited another 5 minutes just for someone to come. Really disappointing dining experience for me.Also the check in is strictly after 2pm and the hotel staff isn't always there at the desk so it was a little bit inconvenient.

Just a heads-up: If you're traveling with friends or prefer some privacy, be aware that the shower and toilet have fully transparent glass doors. Something to keep in mind if privacy is important to you.

Quiet location away from the crowds in the a beautiful neighborhood. Love the style of the room and the size of the bathroom. Having a TV with Netflix was such a bonus, craving regular TV. This may have been the cleanest home I've ever stayed in. Communication with the host was great as well.

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Aesthetically pleasing. Location outside of Bolzano a plus.

The restaurant for dinner is insane. This is a very special place to dine, and the rooms are very nice

Only a lift instead of stairs

The hotel and restaurant were elegant, understated and simply beautiful. Everything had a relaxed vibe, from the colors to the lighting to the textures. Perfectly decorated for de-stressing. The sauna and pool areas were especially peaceful and immaculate. The restaurant was pure perfection and staff members Carlos and Yasmine impressed me each and every day of my stay.

There is nothing I disliked. If I had to stretch I would say the mini fridge was a little tight and I ended up puncturing a can when I tried to close it.

It was clean and well-presented, rooms a little small , but ok . Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The two staff members attending to guests were very friendly and attentive.

While the hotel itself was nice and well-presented, the hospitality from the front-of-house staff was disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the welcome felt like an effort. The staff member was unhelpful, and I had to push for basic information.The hotel’s restaurant, which is also open to non-guests, is very popular, and I had booked dinner there. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming attitude continued—not just towards me but also towards other guests near my table. Given the restaurant’s pricing, which is quite high for the location, I expected a better experience. The food was okay, but slightly overpriced.Overall, while the hotel and restaurant are both nice, the front-of-house team needs to significantly improve their hospitality to match the standard expected at this level

Comfy rooms. Very friendly staff. Great restaurant - a must try. Beautiful sauna facilities. Easy parking outside.
