- The staff was nice and tried to help but was not very helpful. We just wanted some hints on where to go and what we have been proposed was too confusing.
- horrible swimming pool smell in the room, cheap old design of the hotel, and for 330 euros at least was expected warm water in the swimming pool and nice spa, however we didn’t get any of that also we were allowed to use the spa just 45 minutes( from 7.15 pm till 8 pm) and we had to be alone ( because of corona restrictions), however there were another couple with us ??♀️
