We had a big room with a bathtub and two floors, which was a very nice room for the price.Nice, big balcony.Breakfast buffet was also nice.The location is great and within a 5-minute walk from the beach.Underground parking with concierge service.

The balcony door had a crack in the window, and the screen of the A/C on the second floor was broken. I cannot understand why the cleaning ladies would not report such things since the control became unusable.I found a bug in the bedroom, which wasn't very nice, and the shower glass as well as the window in the bathroom had some stains on them.Cleanliness could be better, but overall it was okay.No coffee machine in the room!

The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is very nice one recommendation to make it till 11:00 am instead as most of the guests are here in this hotel for vacation and that will be better to enjoy breakfast without rush.Thank you, Angela.

Housekeeping should be doing their job better as there was dust around the nightstand, and the bathroom needs more cleaning besides not putting soaps only the first day !The terrace is nice but is really neglected with no cleaning at all !

Close vicinity to the beach, pool on the roof and quiet.

Attention to detail. Worn things still in use when should be replaced e.g. chairs outside for breakfast, tables and chairs on the balcony. Amazing breakfast and tasting delicious but usage of industrial kitchen serving steel containers takes away from the niceness feeling. Small details if improved would take the hotel to an amazing place.

Great pool, good location, nice view, breakfast good enough.

Should have been renovated already several years, furniture and equipment is old and not maintained, wifi in pool area not working well enough. Parking in the garage is difficult but manageable for smaller cars. Near surroundings should be cleaned. This does not feel like 4 stars at all.

The location - not too away from the beach - we rented bikes (from the hotel) and it was 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Quiet in the morning, very good AC, great balcony with tree’s shadow, the room was vacuumed daily plus beddings and towels changed daily. Bed very comfortable. Hotel has its own beach portion - we were leaving our towels and shoes there overnight and no one touched them.

The staff was not the friendliest. Maybe because we were not Italian or German ? I would have loved a mini rug in the bathroom. But the worst was the ‘shared’ door with the next room. We could hear them ‘breath’

I liked that it was close to the sea and that they had umbrellas available free of charge.

Paying for parking and having to leave your car keys with the front desk during your stay. The beds were also uncomfortable. I would have liked more options for activities such as jet ski, wind surfing, ect…

It was near the beach and most staff were polite, the hotel room was very nice.

The elevator is extremely loud, thinking you could get stuck. Furthermore the night-receptionist came out of the toilet and in the hallway closed his pants and tucked his shirt in in front of the guests.

Very bad system of parking, small garage for extra 10 Euro/day.You have to park on the street in several lines for 5 Euro/day and leave car keys at the reception.If somebody from back line wants to drive out the hotel staff would re-park your car.

The rooms were nice. There is a pool at the top of the building with a pool bar. The beach is only a short walk away and the breakfast buffet is fairly good.

We paid for half board and the dinner was not great for a 4 star hotel. In general there was a lack of attention to detail and love for the pice tag and the star rating of the hotel. If you want to go to the beach you pay 20EUR for the last day, however for all other days it is 10EUR. Why? It makes no sense. Also, at least in the September, there is no one on the beach checking if you have bought beach access. The location is good and the staff is friendly but for 4 stars and the price, it lacks a certain standard.

Bike condition

We really appreaciated the friendliness and hospitality of the personnel. Everyone was very nice and friendly to us and to our 3 year old son especially. Very nice environment for a family stay, the rooms were tidy and clear, cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast and dinner were great with multiple choices and great cuisine.The beach with great facilities (changing cabins, cold/warm showers, restaurants, first-aid clinic, lifeguard) was neaby (approx. 400 m by foot) and towels + deck chairs are provided by the hotel. The water is shallow up to several tens of meters from shore, therefore perfect for little kids learning to swim.

Really the only downside to our perfect stay at this hotel were the peculiar garage slots (underground). Thankfully we enjoyed practically all of our holiday at or very near the place itself (as a family with a kid).But it would be really impractical if we needed to use (come and go) the garage everyday.

Rooms were clean & beautiful. The pool is on the roof and the view up there is stunning! Staff was very friendly and could help us with every question :) The beach and restaurants + little shops are super close! All in all it was an amazing time!
