Location is great, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Coffee making facilities in the room don't include coffee apparently, and we never saw anyone presiding the bar downstairs in the morning. If one arrives at night, they should explain how to get in from the car park - we found our way eventually (through the building beside Canè) but the alternative would have been walking quite a long way just because of a locked door.
The property was centrally located with on site parking. The restaurant on site was very good. Although there was no coffee making facilities in the room,?as stated on booking.com, they made us coffees at no charge
The hotel is perfectly nice and it is an a nice location
It was honestly a terrible stay - we could not sleep because of a very loud mechanical noise from the corridor/ an adjacent room that went on from 5 am till 9:30 am. Noone at the reception to ask; when we finally found someone they did not apologise/offered explanation. Cherry on the pie: no water in the morning to shower.. apparently because of a problem in the town.
The hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful. When we arrived they parked our car and carried our case up to the second floor as there was no lift . Loved strolling around the village and admiring the artworks.

Location was excellent. Dozza is a beautiful little place and the hotel was ideally located. Hotel itself was pleasant and the staff seemed welcoming even if the interactions were somewhat puzzling / frustrating.
Air conditioning wasn't working and given the temperature this wasn't appreciated. The communication regarding this issue seemed to suggest that it wasn't going to be fixed during our stay and that indeed proved to be the case.We requested some additional pillows for the bed, and we were promised that pillows would be left in the room for us while we were out - they were never provided.
The location is great, right in the middle of the lovely little town of Dozza. A great breakfast was served in a little cafe across the street. You could choose whatever and as much as you wanted.
This was a last minute booking due to attending an event nearby in Imola. The room was very clean and typical of hotels in the Italian countryside. Clean sheets and towels. Very traditional. View was lovely not that we stayed to enjoy it long.
The shower itself was tiny but that is to be expected from such a traditional establishment.
