- Do not book here in the off- or shoulder season. The hotel was fully booked with (largely unsupervised) teenage football players who created a ridiculous amount of noice starting at 7 am (on a Sunday!) until after midnight. The kids also randomly dialed phones in other rooms at all hours. The hotel manager was clearly overwhelmed and could do nothing but give a (small) discount.
- Rooms are in no way sonorized, you hear what anyone does below, beside or above. Lighting in room is very dim. Breakfast offerings limited (no replenished after raid by football teams) and lacking in quality. But most annoying thing about this hotel is that Management hosted three youth football teams and placed the kids scattered throughout without considering the potential consequence of not allocating the teams together and placing non-team patrons far from such uneducated and uncontrolled kids. Instead of giving incentives to the teams to book capacity they opt for discounted rooms but does that really pay off in the end when you have clients NOT wanting to return because of bad experiences?
