Do book the room with balcony otherwise it’s not worth it! The standard room is pretty small and not good if you’re expecting something luxurious.

This place is a little gem. The rooms are very comfortable and well curated, the staff is very friendly and available and the food is incredible ! This is really a place worth staying. We will come back!

- They could seriously improve breakfast. The quality was Good, though The choices were up to you. Which we hate. - Matress were uncomfortable. The memory foam is simply not a Good choice for a hotel- there were a lot of lights in The room

A secluded venue close to busy coast area with all necessities any business traveler may need. Comfortable and large rooms, excellent breakfast, nice and quite a large garden around the villa hotel

Really nice and exquisite hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Fantastic pool. Good breakfast. A good place to relax. We traveled with our Labrador dog that was also welcomed in the property.

Our room was small, breakfast was good but very basic - only sweets.

Beautiful and peaceful landscape ~2 km from the center of Longiano, "citta della bici". We had a nice and clean room with a large terrace overlooking the coast. The pool area was private to us both times we went there. Table service at breakfast. At Magnolia, the atmosphere was elegant and fine, and the service was definitely first class.

We had a standard room for two with basically no space to keep luggage open.As this is a prestigious villa, the service could have been a bit more personal. It was very friendly though. Perhaps it was to ensure guests' privacy.

Reception staff were very helpful but not quite as friendly as we would have liked. The air conditioning didn’t work in our bedroom and although we were offered an alternative room we felt we were being awkward.

I am passing by here since some years. As always great food and top service. In the meantime already a bit family. All rooms are great, nice location in a parc well looked after. The staff has changed a bit but is as always on top level. Rachid is a fantastic host.The 2 star restaurant is out of discussion, and they keep this level also with the breakfast and with the light lunch and outside the fine dining card.

Because of the specific weekend there was a wedding overlapping our second stay in June. Which means we had to stay one night s.w. else. but free of charge. This was a very fair arrangement but of course not the same when coming especially for Magnolia/Magherita. But also the chance to go to Veranda, which is the second great restaurant of Alberto.

A regular stop for us with our dog. Perfect in every way. We are welcomed back every time with such enthusiasm . The staff could not be more friendly & helpful. The grounds are amazing. The restaurant not to be missed. Fabulous breakfast too.

There was a distinct difference between the staff. Some exceptionally welcoming and helpful and others where one felt like an inconvenience.

Nice garden and good breakfast

Not what we expected, we got a small, stuffy room for a large amount of money, bathroom with fancy knobs that you cannot use without special training, dead atmosphere, no bar, no life, thank god for a trattoria in the, otherwise, rather unappealing neighbourhood.

The villa is situated on an ill overlooking the beautiful landscape of Romagna l, breakfast is first class.

A wonderful charming small hotel with an exceptional restaurant and breakfast. Everything is to a top standard and quality and our family were gladly greeted and happily treated by the team.
