    Pros +

    • Beautiful landscapes, very kind staff, very comfortable facilities, nice spa and great food.
    • The location was stunning; the breakfast exquisite
    • Wonderful location, beautiful views, nice weather

    Cons -

    • The tv in the room is not smart
    • The pool was dirty and the air conditioner was weak
    • To be honest, their instagram and all advertising can imagine that every guest will feel like important guest. But in reality, there’s a zero attitude to guest, all facilities was closed except one cafe in main building and restaurant. They tell us that there should be a event, but we didn’t see any events during our stays. Room which I booked was not the same as we received, nobody’s explaining us about facilities and what we can do. Just like in 2* chek in us and good to go…. In wine resort you didn’t find wine in your room, only for extra charge, no compliments … nothing… except the territory everything here’s like 3* budget hotel. Very disappointed

    Beautiful property

We booked on November 11th. Our reservation was for January 5th 2025, on my husband's birthday.I called right after I booked in November to ask about doing a special private dinner and wine tasting for my husband's birthday that day. They said they would speak with the chef and get back with me. I never heard back. I tried to call several times and even emailed to inquire about the special dinner and how we wanted to book the advertised couples massage. No response. We got there and they said they could not do any massages because no one was avaliable. All they had to offer was us swim in a huge heated pool with other guests. No wine tasting was avaliable. Nothing. And the private dinner was not avaliable, so they had us drive down the road to eat on the other side of the property. My husband ordered the large steak. It was so tough and tasteless they gave us a discount. Staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. No official wine tasting was avaliable, so I had them bring us glasses of each wine so we could at least taste it. Very bad experience. Beautiful property!!

It is a beautiful building in a stunning setting.Rooms well furnished.

It had no ambience, it doesn’t feel warm and welcoming. There were few people around, maybe that contributed.

I liked the location, the interior design of the rooms, the breakfast and the staff at the breakfast room.

The air conditioning system in my room was not working properly, despite my notices to the reception. As a result, the temperature in the room was always colder than comfortable. Also, the waiter in the restaurant of the hotel "forgot" that we had ordered main dishes in the first night that we had our dinner with a partner. After having waiting patiently for one hour to receive our main dishes, when we asked him he was apologizing. He told us that the kitchen is closed so he cannot serve our dishes. He offered us 2 biscuits to express his apologies. This totally unacceptable! This person treated us very badly. I went to bed without having dinner after a very long day at work, so we never tried the hotel restaurant again. I had my dinner in other places with my partners where the staff was treating us with respect, and the hotel lost some extra revenues during my stay.

Stunning location. Food at Osteria was excellent. Lovely wines

Rooms are large and nicely decorated. However beds were not very comfortable with soft mattresses, I had no reading light on my side and the wall plug was a meter over my nightstand. Thankfully I had a very long cable. No blackout curtains, hence bright in the morning. Coffee and tea facilities are on top of the fridge with no plug, had to move it to the bathroom. Lunch service was not up to standards, ordered a pasta and was told it was not available after 50 minutes wait.

The location is amazing with views out over the countryside. The rooms are of a very high standard (with air conditioning), and there are two pools There is a restaurant on site, for which you should book, also an Osteria nearby (owned by the same company), plus a cafe providing drinks and snacks through the day until early evening. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice - savoury and sweet. Best of all the staff are excellent.

This is a working vineyard with a high standard of viticulture, so be aware that there may be flying insects - so take (and use) deep or similar sprays.

Nice and quiet location overlooking vineyard. Nice place to escape from city and enjoy food in onsite Restaurant with local vines.

Wow, what a fantastic place to relax in the middle of the vineyards. Everything was phenomenal—the rooms, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the best breakfast experience!

The vineyards and olive groves made for an excellent location. Staff were polite and eager to help throughout our stay. Breakfast was rich and varied, a real treat! And for our pet: a set of food and water bowls, dog treats and a roll of poo bags. All much appreciated extras!

The buildings are tasteful and the location amongst the vines is lovely.

Our evening meal was ruined by screaming children, as was breakfast.

Very nice location with beautiful views. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Our stay coincided with a wedding party which we were not really warned about, and it made it difficult even to find a place at the swimming pool.

Unique location in beautiful valley surrounded by the vineyards and olive gardens. Beautiful pool at villa and indoor and outdoor pool with spa on site. Very dog friendly hotel and superb food in one star level bistro or pool restaurant or on walking distance the Osteria. The prices of the excellent wines in the restaurant are very affordable and food pairing winepairing is offered at the bistro. The Borgo Condé is a unique high end offer for both venues and personal pleasures thanks to the overall quality and service and professionalism offered. Very good breakfast and super pet friendly. On site wine tasting available in a nice setting with Italian French and English explanations. The nearby town of Forli is 15 minutes away and worth visiting. But we stayed mostly on site for walks in the vineyards and swimming in the pools.

The menu offered at the bistro is somewhat extremely oriented towards connoisseurs and can scare people off but the quality taste and presentation are excellent. The bistro does not offer options for children but that might be a choice as other options are available on site.

The Pool & SPA facilities, the pragmatic staff and the sweet section of the breakfast. The food at each of the restaurants is remarkable. The views of in general are spectacular

Maybe not the best of places to travel with a small child, but this is not the fault of the Conde, as it was made clear to us that no specific playing facilities or similar were available or in near vicinity - the next suiting playground is ca. 20min away
