- We wanted to visit swimming pool. One of them was closed, because there were a special events. When we finally found second one, they said we need special hats for swimming and we need to get it on reception. The way to reception is 15 min one way. Nobody told us about it when we arrived and checked in.When we were checking out at 11:30, the receptionist asked us extra pay for late check out. But there is a text of hotel rules on the key and said check out till noon. Noon is 12 o'clock and receptionist did not know it!

Breakfast was really good, pools OK, room was very nice
Water temperature was a bit low
the garden and the spa (from 6pm to 7pm)
the spa till 6pm. the pool was full of people and a screaming children
We enjoyed the thermal swimming pool, the delicious breakfast and supper in the hotel. Highly recommended.
Spa was great. bedroom was good, nice bed, clean and tidy.
Bathrooms in the rooms were awful. Cold shower every time i used it, water pressure seemed all over the place so i don't think this was just a problem with my room. very old and outdated. Room itself was fine, good bed and clean and tidy.
Only thing good about this property is their staff
