    • The property was well kept. Cute hill town. The food was good. Their employees were very nice and helpful.
    • The location is the best. It’s a darling little village with breathtaking views, an absolute must if you’re looking for a quiet spot to enjoy the nature. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and tidy. The restaurant is very good, their panna cotta is to die for!
    • Be careful with this hotel manager , he is a fraud. they charge us extra 230 euro for a carpet damage which was already before our arrival but he put this on us,, without listening anything and very very non professional man, instead of listening he is just start speaking Italian and told the reception you must take money from them .. BE CAREFUL FROM THIS HOTEL MANAGER!!!!!!!!

    Cons -

    • We were put in a room with 2 beds but they ‘upgraded’ us into a one bed room. The TV is a weird app that wasn’t intuitive but one of their employees came in and got us onto channels. He was very nice.
    • The hotel is a bit outdated, the bathroom definitely needs updating - the shower is very small, the hairdryer looks like it’s 20 years old. No kettle, no coffee or tea in the room, also no shampoo, only shower gel. The bed is uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Also there was roof construction right under our window so it got very noisy very early. Breakfast was nice, but no vegetables in sight whatsoever which is bizarre.
    • The staff was not very friendly at all. Actual they made a mistake on my reservation which they denied, I had book two rooms for two people each and they had returned a memo telling me that I had booked only for three people. I show them a memo that confirmed that I booked 2 rooms for 2 people but they still insisted that I pay the extra charge for another person which I did but reluctantly. Also of all my hotel stays on this trip and other I never was charged extra for a cot.

Very nice hotel uphill, beautiful suroundings, excellent food în restaurant (Michelin sincer 2016) and breakfast, very helpful staff.

It was clean and modern looking for a property in a small village. The restaurant had an excellent selection and the food was excellent. The room was small but for a one overnight stay they were adequate, however the shower was very small. Free parking upfront was available which was good after paying parking at every hotel we stayed at. Very good breakfast.

The staff was not very friendly at all. Excellent place, have used before. Very clean. Good meals. Will use again.

Went into wrong room for breakfast. Full of Chinese. . Very ignorant people .Treat staff badly. Manager advised us to use other breakfast room but as we were almost finished we stayed put. Not hotel's fault though.

Great rooms, very clean and well presented. Excellent breakfast.

Nothing. Was great for what we wanted.

Beautiful, small village, good but crowded breakfast, spotlessly clean.

The walls were paper thin. Luckily I had ear plugs.

Great location, nice room and amazing food.

In the bath, the shower should've been a bit lower, it was challenging showering the kids ?And the bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

Helpful staff with some more courteous than others. Comfortable bed

Fewer facilities than other 4star hotel

    7SelvedinPosted on: 7-27-2023

Location, view. Employees are very kind.

Room look like it used to be facility for older people. The hotel needs outside and inside refreshment.

    9DenisePosted on: 6-25-2023

Staff are friendly ,the family run hotel is so caring . Local people come to the bar and it is a good relaxing place to stay .

The roads are very windy but it is worth the ride to see the beauty of the hills and countryside .

I loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the food was outstanding.

It is off the beaten track and my SatNav took me a bizarre way and down some really uneven roads. Not the hotels fault!

    9LydiePosted on: 4-9-2023

Great staff, very friendly. Comfortable beds (we received a free room upgrade). Very extensive breakfast buffet. Small village in beautiful surrounding.

Thin walls, bathroom could use a refresh.

    7JaroslawPosted on: 9-25-2022

    Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was OK, but service poor. No-one cared about us, except for checking room number. Staff speaks no foreign languages. They watched TV and had chats. The server demanded we move from a 4 person table to a 2 person one in a completely empty Breakfast room.

    9ColinPosted on: 6-21-2022

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get off the main A1 highway for a quiet night's stay. Beautiful surrounding countryside and very peaceful. A visit to the neighboring town of Zocca will greet you with stunning views of mountain ranges.

Breakfast was nice and staff was very helpful. We woke up late and missed breakfast but staff were very accomodating and set up breakfast for us a la carte even though restaurant was closed. Well done!

    7SusannePosted on: 9-29-2021

Very nice staff, clean room and great bar. Very good breakfast for a reasonable price.

The mini fridge was really loud and right next to the bed.

    8KristinePosted on: 8-2-2021

Nicely renovated old building. Very lively restaurant downstairs, but quiet upstairs. Helpful person on reception solved my parking problem. Excellent cappucino at breakfast.

Parking situation was a little misleading - the information on Booking.com reads "parking on site, no reservation necessary", but all the parking was taken when I arrived. At first, I got no assistance, but finally a helpful staff member showed me the "secret staff parking" and all was well.

    7SimonePosted on: 7-29-2021

The room was quite comfortable, and the breakfast really good. The staff was very nice. We were there only for one night. I was born in this area, if you are into nature and good food Falco D'oro is definitely a good option to enjoy it.

There are no plugs next to the beds. The Wi-Fi password is not provided in the room, I found it in the elevator but the wifi was not working. The TV remote was not working. Since we arrived quite late, we could not ask for help, and that's on us. Also I think that the hotel main target audience in not into wifi.
