Casalgrande Hotel

I liked how the staff answered all my concerns, they were very helpful and friendly. I also, liked that the hotel had bicycles which by the way my daughter enjoyed riding the very next day of our stayed.

I liked how friendly the staff were both with my daughter and myself. The hotel was very clean and their daily breakfast was very good. If the chance presented itself I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to all!

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beds including the sofa bed. Very friendly staff. A.C was off due to time of visit in October. Very quickly organised a fan and has a comfortable nights sleep.

Nothing all superb

The hotel is not located in a city centre, so not very touristy. It’s near a road, making it a perfect base for excursions in the region by car. Not the fuzz of a busy town either. Staff is really friendly and helpful, and the whole place is fresh, clean and new. Good beds, great shower and enough parking space. Just around the corner are two excellent local restaurants with great food. Had a really pleasant stay here!

This is a clean, modern hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and bed/linens were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and delicious. There is a small restaurant onsite as well as a traditional restaurant just next door.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed while we were travelling to Turkey. It was great experience. Breakfast was delicious.

Close to the road, but without being disturbed by noise, a very comfortable mattress and a very good breakfast. More than enough to recommend it, both for short and longer stays.

A very well run hotel, modern and very comfortable, perfectly situated near the highway. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Everything was in standart, staff was helpful and communicative, especially Mr Corrado was very kind. I like good wifi connection and you get free bottles with water from mini bar.

The cleaning staff was so noisy outside in the hall from the morning till lunch so you can’t take a rest during the day. The floor was so noisy so you hear every step outside the door and also light comes from under the door. I don’t like I cannot take meal by myself from breakfast table and I have to wait for staff and ask everytime I need some butter or more scranbled eggs… they serve the breakfast by their staff. I do not like the location because it is situated in nowhere, so you don’t have many possibilities there. Also I was in shock they do not have restaurant, so you can’t get meal apart from breakfast, no dinner. Nearby is one restaurant which has very few things in menu.

- thin walls & doors - we could hear people dragging their suitcases down the hall and talking/yelling at all hours of the evening (even after 10pm)- only 2 restaurants nearby, one of which was closed on our second night, and of course they're closed from 1pm to 7pm, so not ideal if you have small kids who need an earlier dinner

Not enogh light in the rooms and hotel. The bathroom is quit small for family stay. The beds are are very hatd.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Although there was a very good variety of foods for breakfast, it was needed to ask a member of staff to serve. We needed to wait for the milk for the creels and then for a banana and after for a croissant.This might not be a problem if travelling alone but when there are children it makes things difficult and causes delay.

The breakfast was ok, same as the wi-fi network.

The staff was serving the food for you.. it was not a buffet, i assume it was considering covid-19 regulation. Location is in the countrysite

Me and my girlfriend were at Hotel Casalgrande for 2 nights, because we want to visit Bologna and Modena. At arrival we already get a bigger room which was very nice. The room was very clean, smells great and the bed was also good. There's also a really nice restaurant at a 2 minute walk. But the best was the staff. We've never seen such friendly and helpfull staff. They really want you to have a nice stay! Special thanks to the lady at the reception who helped us with a problem with our next stay.
