- Nothing really.
- Beatiful chalet, good breakfast friendly staff and breathtaking mountains views all around.
- Excellent variety of cold breakfast items and clean rooms.
Cons -
- Thin wall. If you like to stay awake all day all night, otherwise avoid this place. They turn on loud music, seriously in the middle of Nature...why? If it is a must, fix the wall then.
- Not sound proof walls, you can hear bathroom fans running from neighboring rooms at night.

Lovely rooms and beds, gorgeous views from rooms and by the pond. Great listening to the river at night! Very clean and cozy!
Unfortunately, the food was pretty disappointing. Some reheated lasagna that was hard on top, ok fish, sausage, and an unappetizing salad buffet. Prosecco served in wine glasses (every glass I received was dirty from the dishwasher) Breakfast had better selections but still not what I expected. Only a digital coffee machine with not good cappuccinos :(
The rooms are clean and spatious, and the location has amazing views. There's also a beautiful pond in the garden. Friendly staff.
Limited options for a breakfast buffet. The dinner is tasty, but expensive for what you get. Various vegetarian meals, but very few vegan ones.
Amazing property ! The view from the balcony is astonishing with huge mountains in front. The small lake they have in the back of the yard is great for when you want to chill ! Staff is great as they do their best to comply with your request! I have stayed here 2 times and I would come back again and again! It was my mother birthday and they did a very cute thing with rose petals, and a happy birthday card for her !
Nice clean hotel with a very good breakfast. Very good stuff great scenery location.

The location was excellent! In the middle of nature
Breakfast was included, but it was very basic with hardly any variety. Dinner, on the other hand, cost €30 but was very poor and definitely not worth the price. In the room, the fridge and the telephone were not working.
The location was good including the mountain sight whenever we open our balcony…
The Wifi. It was too slow. Our room was on the first floor but still I have to put my Phone in the toilet to get a wifi network since the location of our toilet was probably above the reception area but then it was still slow. Maybe they can put a repeater in every floor?
Friendly staff, nice cozy room and peacefull surrondings.
The location might be uncomfortable If you dont have a car as most of the places to visit would be a bit far. But for Woods hikings its very good
A lovely stay in a peacefull setting with the most amazing views. We stayed for two nights. We had dinner one night and it was very tasty. We ate out on our second night when we visited Cortina for the day. Breakfast was great. Very nice staff who were friendly and helpful. Good free car parking provided. Dinner and bar prices very reasonable.
Great experience! The room was so so so confortable and the view was breathtaking with the mountains. Had a dinner and breakfast there and it was delicious
Absolutely nothing
Beautiful scenery. Rooms were clean. Sauna was very awesome though a bit pricey. Would be nice to have a bit more time if time was available. There is a small pond to jump in but no cold water inside room. So we just got really hot and jumped in Lake after sauna then used rooms for a chill lounge after... I take my saunas quite seriously!
The thermostats didn't seem to work. We couldn't turn them off. Found the room a bit warm so we just left bathroom window over night. Since sauna time is short. I'd recommend scouting out and planning accordingly.
The best views we ever had, literally you are surrounded by mountains. Lots of snow around and water stream. Two balconies. Staff very nice and welcoming. Chalet looking nice from the outside and lots of parking space.
Very poor breakfasts, mainly sweet stuff like nutella, jam, honey, cereals, cakes. Apart from that eggs, croissants, cheese, ham, rolls. Very basic. No vegetables and not very vegetarian friendly. Some cheese slices were put on a ham. Also no English language anywhere in menu, neither any indication which dishes are vegetarian. In general chalet could do with some refreshing, not very modern, no table in the room, no kettle either to make tea at least. We had to go downstairs and buy warm beverages. Defo pictures online look better than reality. Not many restaurants nearby, village very poor.I would say it was the worst, neglected part of Dolomites we have been to, long drive everywhere but that's not hotel's fault.
Location was stunning. Rooms were comfortable, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfast was incredible. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
The ad implied that there was a communal hot tub. There was, for 80 Euro per hour. It was somewhere in the basement out of sight, and it seemed like you had to schedule so they could turn it on. It seemed like nothing more than a marketing gimmick and it felt like a bait and switch. We selected to eat dinner on site. There were a few options (only in Italian) for first and second course. One of each was vegetarian, so I selected those. There was a nice salad bar, and first course was something akin to beans and rice. The second course was a pile of arugula covered with 2 very thin slices of wet cheese surrounded by sliced cherry tomatoes and puréed black olives. After a salad bar, this didn’t seem like a worthy dish and I went bed hungry. The shampoo/wash was industrial detergent. Nothing like what you would expect from a “spa”.
Wonderful remote location in the Dolomites. Very friendly staff and great dinner.
WiFi wasn’t great beyond the reception/ground floor.
Fresh breakfast, and the seasonal fresh three course dinner were also wonderful. Quite and beautiful location.
Ran out of hot water one night, maybe the capacity cannot fulfil all the guests using hot water at the same time. But it recovered the next morning.
Awesome location, awesome views, great room and an amazing staff.
Only minus is the size of the shower. 80 by 80cm is very small, even for the skinniest person
The dinner and breakfast were great! The hotel is slightly isolated but the natural pool in the garden is worth the detour!
Noise travels between rooms.
