Great location, good sized room and friendly staff

The hotel is very friendly, clean and organised. The receptionist and owner was very friendly and available, as was her husband. A lovely couple. The scenery was magnificent and the hotel is very well located. Dinner at the hotel was very good, the best homemade lasagne we've ever had.

Very friendly staff. Grazia is a nice woman willing to help.Bedroom was perfect! Very warm and clean! View is amazing! Mattress is a bit hard but still nice. The concept is interesting, family business and cozy atmosphere! Hotel looks nice inside.Parking is in front which is great! Breakfast is nice (missing food for celiac people).

Working hours of spa (14-19). Only 5 hours and in those hours most of people are exploring Dolomites so there is no chance you’ll get back in time to try spa. We chose this hotel because of the spa but didn’t get the chance to try it out because of short working hours. My boyfriend went 10 minutes before closing and jaccuzzi smelled bad. Also, you need to wear swimming hats and that is not advertised nor is in the pictures.Didn’t like the food either. Concept is amazing! They ask you in the morning do you agree with dinner’s menu but food is not that tasty. Also, drinks are not included in the price so have that in mind when ordering it (water too).Location is not good if you want to explore Dolomites (we spent 5-6 hours in car every day to get to certain locations and back). But it is perfect for those searching peaceful place to rest.

The Panorama Hotel in Malosco met all my expectations. I spent one week there with my wife, from July 8th to July 15th, 2023 in a large Suite with view at the 4th floor. The room was wonderful. Grazia and her family were so polite. Pool and SPA are a plus of this hotel.

We loved every minutes of our stay. The lady at the reception was extremely accomodating. the room, the spa, most of all the dinner was amazing. def. will be back.

The most beautiful stay in the charming village of Malosco. It's a family-run hotel with all comfort. Grazia, the owner, was the best host. We will be back for sure. Totally recommended!

Everything. The owners were great and spoke English. The view was awesome, meals were nice. The room was new.

The room was clean, big and has an amazing balcony with view of alpine mountains. Near from an attractive places like the cable car to the montain(although it was closed when we go I suggest you to go in winter to have the snow activities) Ms Gracie was so helpful and she gave us an upgrade. The breakfast was good also the hot chocolate was super yummy and I highly recommend it.

Run by a very friendly family who certainly did make you feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble.

Not much shelving space for cosmetics in bathroom.

We got a room with a great mountain view. It was renovated and nicely furnished. Wellness (2 saunas, swimming pool, jacuzzi) was included to the price and very good and relaxing. Unfortunately it opened only till 19:00.

Bathroom could be cleaner (dusty drawers, black hair).Bath robes would be nice addition.Juice at the breakfast is terrible.

It is a nice hotel, room is big, the bed was confortable, everything was clean, bethroom also clean. Nice view from the balcony. Staff friendly and helpfull. The wellness area was really nice, we love it.

The breakfest was not the best one, I would have enjoyed to have better quality food.

Staff is extremely friendly. Location is a bit distant, but if you're looking for peaceful location it is simply awesome. Everything was clean and well maintained. Second building appears also really recent and modern.Food was great. As is also the terrace with a view.

Depending on the room you get, view may vary between awesome and non existing.
