Pros +
- We got an upgrade room with private Jacuzzi and turkish shower / sauna
- It has that old world Italian charm. They gave us a free upgrade.
- The villa was phenomenal! The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, helpful! We had everything we wanted and more. When booking the place we didn't even realize that it was a high end villa, and upon arrival we were blown away by the reception and the luxury it exudes. It was all we wanted and more, much much more
Cons -
- The room smelled musty. There was mold in the shower and in the room.
- The location is very far specially for people like us who doesn’t drive in such roads specially at night - also it would consider medium distance to go back and forth for activities in Italy. Also the pillow and bed should be more comfortable
- No headshower in the room with a (worn out) bathtub. It seems like this hotel's glorious days stayed in the past and it's now a 5*wanna be, which can be considered a 3*, at most 4. No gym, unappealing swimming pool, sauna only for certain rooms. Decoration on the walls of breakfast salloon semi broken, artificial plants, expired fruits and cheese served for breakfast.

The property is well organized and has very good parking with electrical charging - 2 lifts - swimming pool & sauna - large rooms and exceptional view

Pet friendly, quiet location, spacious and bright room with mountain view, well maintained large garden. The pizzaria in the neighborhod is fabulous, and the hotel's restaurant is good. Nice cocktails at the bar.

Food was nice, staff are very nice and welcoming, location was perfect, free parking spot was available.
Facilities are minor, but still cozy and fine to me.
Everything just the best hotel on this trip by far!!!room was nicer that we thought very big.breaskfast 100/10staff 100/10
The villa was located in a remote location, with plenty of peace and quiet. The villa was beautiful, spacious and clean. All the staffs were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. It was a lovely place to stay. We wanted to extend our stay last minute and the staffs were quick to settle us in and accomodated to our needs despite such a short notice. They have a lovely restaurant within the villa and the food served there was delicious and homemade by their personal chef. Kudos to all the staff member for making our stay so enjoyable and pleasant.
The floorboards in the room that we stayed in were a little bit too creaky for our liking. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Nice big room. Comfy bed
No restaurant or Bar open Monday and Tuesday. This was not on the details when looking around. No way of getting food at all. No way of facilitating this at all. Had to go to the local shop to get food. Also states it’s a five star. I don’t know who gave them that, I would give it a two at most. Nothing outside had been maintained for a long time looking at it.
Beautiful land, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, great private sauna, jakuzzi, Tesla wall connector.
Nothing to mention.
I'd hesitate to say that it was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. All the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The decor, the ambient music, the wonderful, spacious, cozy room, all extremely incredible.
The only thing I can say I didn't like was the food. The dishes were very well presented, but I felt the food lacked flavor. I can say that from the main course to the dessert I missed the real taste of the food. It's a shame, because for this standard of hotel and all the experience it offered us from start to finish, I would have expected tasty dishes. But I would definitely go back, I would just choose another place to have our meals.
I don't get the 5 stars. The interiors are outdated, staff doesn't speak English very well, we found half-empty,
It was a lovely stay. The bedroom and bathroom were very pretty and spacious, and we were upgraded to a room with a private garden and sauna! We were also greeted with an aperitif. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high quality products - we specially enjoyed the cold cuts and cheese selection. Would definitely recommend!
The experience was very enjoyable! Would only suggest adding a stand/holder for the shower head on the hot tub.
For the price we booked regular room and then got upgrade to the bigger size room with bathtub - it was good.
On the other hand, I would doubt to book it in the high season at full price: 1. The furniture is kinda outdated, you can just feel it. 2. Unfortunately, Staff often crosses the line between "Offer" and "Force" for paid services. 3. The difference between "show" and "be" a premium hotel is so huge, that I felt uncomfortable. 4. Half of options at breakfast menu were not available because "chef" is not there. "Different selection of cheese" is just one type of cheese. Bread, pastry, fruits are not fresh. So seems like "breakfast with menu" looks more like save money on buffet, rather then something "exceptional". 5. I waited for 10-15 min at checkout, because there is not ring bell and staff was in the kitchen or somewhere else.
We had a delightful stay at this quaint, small hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The front desk host, who also doubled as the bartender, made the best Negroni I’ve ever had and greeted us with a glass of Prosecco upon our arrival—such a lovely touch! The drive to the hotel was beautiful, setting the tone for a relaxing getaway. In the evening, we dined at their restaurant. While it was a bit overpriced, the meal was absolutely delicious, making it worth the splurge. Overall, we found the experience to be of great value for the price. We would definitely consider returning!
While our stay had some positive aspects, there were a few areas where the hotel fell short. The room itself was a bit outdated, and the lack of a proper shower—just an old bathtub—was disappointing. The absence of an in-room air conditioning unit was a significant drawback, especially in the warmer weather. The hotel provided an external plug-in AC unit, but it required keeping the window fully open for ventilation, which wasn’t ideal and didn’t make much sense.Breakfast was average at best, and to our surprise, the fruit basket we received included rotten fruit. These issues collectively detract from the hotel’s 5-star rating. However, we think this hotel might be better suited for a winter stay, especially for those looking to ski in the area. Overall, given that it was a last-minute booking, the price was fair, but there’s definitely room for improvement
Everything was very good, breakfast, jacuzzi, quite, restaurant - Top!
Rooms could be refreshed.
Amazing team, place and breakfast / restaurant! We came here to see the mountains, but it was so nice, that mostly we just enjoyed the hotel. Rooms / Suites are very generous and have a great interior design. And they have an exquisite wine cellar in the basement.
The building and room was really beautiful. Lovely details, comfortable bed and the breakfast was really good.
The service was questionable. We arrived late afternoon and after checking in went straight to dinner. After dinner we went to the room and there was a key stuck in our door, after returning it to the reception they said that it was from the cleaning lady. Why does the cleaning lady need to enter the room minutes AFTER the checkin? She re-made the bed and obviously has seen our "bedroom toys" which we would not have left out in the open if we would have known they would clean the room during our dinner. Also during the dinner, the waiter took our order - wrote it down on his notebook. But still brought the wrong starter and forgot the bottle of wine we ordered (had to re-order it again). The main course was almost cold and after telling him that it was cold, when he came to ask if everything was ok, he just shrugged and did not even apologize for it. Also during dinner and multiple times throughout the day, somebody drove a VERY loud trolley through the reception which was very annoying. It wouldn't take much to modify the trolley in a way that it wouldn't make such noise. All of this was not to be expected from a 5 star location.
Fabulous area of delicacies Can do in room Staff and restaurant excellent
Friendly staff and relaxing environment! We really felt welcomed! The food in the restaurant was exceptional. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed!
Everything was perfect :)
