Pros +
- 1. New hotel.2. Clean. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Spacious. 5. Bikes. 6. View. 7. Half occupied even in the middle of the summer season. The hotel is too far from slopes for winter season.
- Breakfast was perfect Staff helpful and niceRoom spacious, bed very comfortable Location super
- Lovely chalet accommodations and fantastic wellness/spa facilities. Restaurant is also has an impressive menu and food quality. Also very accommodating to our dog.
Cons -
- 1. Included breakfast - no buffet table and a'la card limited to 2 little dishes. 2. Bizarre and challenging lighting switches in room. You never now which controls what. Invisible icons.3. Staff frequently forgets to replenish: bath liquids, tissues, etc. Sink drainage issue not fixed though reported.4. Pool with algae and insects. Cleaning it didn't really help. Ants. Lizards. Water Striders.
- Maybe they can include the souvenirs in the cost of the room instead of charging extra to keep it (like the tote bag for example, since they give it to you to use on your stay there and then you can't take it home with you unless you pay 40 € even though its been soiled with your stuff for days).

Fantastic breakfast a la carte, splendid staff, great accomodation, relaxing spa and wellness...Truly unique and fantastic experience since check-in till check-out
This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly clean and well kept. The staff were extraordinary and had high attention to detail on every aspect (food, comfort, accommodation, communication, etc). The food was to die for -- so so so good with the breakfast being plentiful and delicious. The spa was beyond relaxing, and I felt so comfortable and as if I was in my own little paradise. I will be back as soon as I can!
