The surrounding area and view from my room were incredible. Breakfast was fresh and delicious

This is not necessarily a negative point but there is no air conditioning during the summer so if that is something you require then this hotel doesn’t have it

Beautiful property located close to many different attractions. Can reach anywhere in Val Pusteria and surrounding area in 30-60minutes by car. Breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere - huge selection including vegetarian and vegan options and even homemade kombucha which was delicious! Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional.

WiFi wasn’t very good. Also wish they offered dinner as options within walking distance were limited.

The breakfast was awsome. There was a great variety of homemade products, like granola, oats, hummus, pastry, kombucha (6 or 7 varieties....excellent!!!!). I also liked the relaxed, cosy athmosphere through out the hotel (perfect combination between design, lights and furniture).The owners and staff are very friendly, always with a smile on the face!

The temperature in the spa area could be a little higher. The water in the pool was rather cold for me. Also, in the relaxation room it was very cold, so I couldn't stay there.The facility does not offer dinner service, but it was not such an inconvenience for us, since we met every night with friends in another hotel.

Amazing breakfast – good enough selection and superb food quality . SPA facilities were also very nice, though not open all day, which is however understandable. Free garage parking.

Katja and Matthias were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made us feel very at home and were on hand for our every need, including some great recommendations!The breakfast is incredible, so much choice and all of it was so delicious. And most of it homemade.The spa facilities are brilliant, the pool and sauna were great during the summer and I can imagine being even better in the winter.The location is amazing, such great views.

Horrendous experience, horrible staff

The rooms were small, crammed, humid/hot even on cool days outside, and there was 0 ventilation. The walls were paper thin and I was able to hear everything. I was unable to sleep at all! The staff didn't take any of my concerns seriously. Because of the horrendous ventilation, I had to keep the window open all night, but all the hotel guests were smoking either cigarettes or cigars, and the room filled up with smoke. When I told the hotel about this they got angry with me and said "What do you want me to do about this!? Go fix it yourself!". I'm not exactly gonna go knocking on people's doors at 11 pm in my pyjamas when I paid 150 a night for a leisurly experience to rest and relax. Awful experience and I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere.After my stay the hotel staff started harrassing me on WhatsApp and said they would call the police for verifying my payment details. They are agressive, rude, and inconsiderate people. Avoid them at all costs!

Everything about this place is amazing. From our room, to the location, to the breakfast and the overall vibe. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Nice SPANice terrace view. Excellent breakfast. Recommend for family staying.

High price for dinner. You have to buy only curse. 45€ per person.

Accomodation, welness, breakfast and dinner

Recommendation for the chef cook - please, avoid cooking “Asian style” meals ?Everything else was great, tasted daliciously ??

Great and calm location with easy access to Kronplatz or valleys nearby. Staff was great, you somehow belong to the same family during your stay. Downstairs had a sauna and swimming pool. Enjoyed breakfast buffet every single morning. They also have a charging station for your (electric) car in the garage.

Everything was lovely. Katya, Stefan and the family were very friendly and helpful. The grounds and the view were breathtaking, and the surrounding area offered great walks next to the river. The breakfast was very generous and tasty - we especially loved the buckwheat cake! The rooms were lovely - all with great views. We went to several local restaurants for dinner, all of which were excellent regarding both the quality of the food and the service. The pool and sauna were very clean - and the hamam was a wonderful experience.We would definitely go back again to the beautiful Hotel Frida!Many thanks,Sharon

The room and common areas were impeccably clean. The general coziness feeling is really nice. Amazing breakfast! The room has plenty of storage space for clothes. The garden is cool.

The room is very very basic. No fridge/mini bar. No air conditioning or possibility to regulate the temperature.

Nice hotel, quite large but yet feels cosy and like home. Excellet breakfast. Lovely pool and spa, good location. large rooms with beautiful views, and above all charming and most helpfull hosts and staff

Breakfast is amazing at this hotel, so much variety and good quality. There are machines to make your own orange and fruit juices, and they have salads, homemade hummus, homemade apricot jam, many different types of bread, bakery, muesli, etc, etc.Staff are very kind and helpful, they gave us good advice about stuff to do around.Also they have a covered parking to leave the car which is very convenient.

Very helpful hotel owner, fantastic breakfast, pleasant wellness with saunas and swimming pool, clean rooms with nice view of Kronplatz and great location near to ski bus stop. Will return again. Thank you for everything.
