    Pros +

    • Stunning views, amazing facilities , a really beautiful hotel focusing on small details
    • Everything-the staff, the food, the location, the spa, the walk with the alpacas, the building, the rooms, etc, etc.Having two complete family and adults-only wellness areas is certainly a great idea.
    • We loved to stay in the hotel. It is an ultra modern but still cozy mountain vibe hotel with wooden style and lots of fire places inside all over. The Spa is purely incredible and the massage with Christian was a life changer. We will come back for sure!

    Cons -

    • No Ac-provided us a fanNo iron- we were asked to pay 8 euros per shirt to iron.At the checkout i realized they added many additional fees i havent even had. Felt like they tried to claim more money and that it wasn’t by mistake .
    • too many light switches. Maybe I have some sort of problem but I feel like a manual is required in modern hotels just to get the lights on and off.
    • I believe that the prices at the restaurant need to be revised. It's too easy to spend over 140 euros on dinner for two. Given that it's a luxury hotel, high prices were expected, but I still think there should be a price difference between main meals (fish & meat) and vegetarian options such as soups.

The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. The facility is wonderfully green and offers amazing mountain views. Upon arrival, you receive nice welcome drinks and an introduction to the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes to keep you entertained during your stay, and the hotel offers various activities for guests to join.

The online advertisement of the hotel with beautiful views. The indoor swimming pool for kids.

    1) rudeness of the staff.2) not being able to enjoy any view unless you pay.3) lack of information being mentioned in booking.com4) being categorized at the breakfast table. My biggest issue with this hotel is that they advertise some very nice pictures of the mountains, the breathtaking view from the restaurant BUT your breakfast table is chosen for you. If you want to go for dinner? Guess what? You will be escorted to the very same table you had breakfast on. Don’t get me wrong, there is an area with beautiful view but that is given to whoever has booked a bigger, better and more expensive room. Even if they leave them empty you are not allowed to sit there. They do have a table with a view but if you wish to sit there there is a 39 euro charge per adult and 20 euro for a 5 year old kid. The balcony is restricted for dining at night. You have to pay a fee to get in and there they serve you few drinks that are chosen from a set menu. Although I had paid for 6 nights in advance with no refund policy, I left the hotel and went elsewhere. Once they knew I am leaving they forced me to come and settle any unpaid bills being afraid that I won’t pay my unpaid bills and leave without telling them. :-) And that was direct initiative of the manager in charge not just an untrained staff. This showed me the objective of the hotel managment and that is to make the most out of every visitor regardless of their reputation and customer happiness. I am writing this review in order for others to know what to expect and to avoid being disappointed. My suggestion for the hotel management? Let booking.com write a very thin line about your policies of choosing the guests tables for them. This way a lot of disappointments can be avoided.

clean beautiful rooms with nice view!!

the male receptionist didn’t explain us much like what time the restaurants closing, how we open the main entrance when we come back to the property because they lock the main entrance and I don’t understand how a 5 star hotel is so dark! they close the lights at the reception and in the corridors! only the bar has lights! this was strange to us! our expectations were high for this hotel and we were disappointed!!!

beautiful hotel with amazing accommodations. staff was very friendly and helpful with mine and my children’s needs. The pool and slides for the kids were amazing. The indoor out pool was so fun to experience during the winter. locations was perfect. 5 minutes to the skiing resort. kids club was great!

They advertise as family friendly hotel but many guests complained about my children being too loud while playing outside in the garden in the middle of the day
