Staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast and dinner are great.

The decore of room is a bit dated but very clean and comfy.

A very nice hotel in a lovely lakeside location. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a very nice, spacious bathroom. The included dinner and breakfast were both excellent.

The room was a little small, but I guess that's not unusual for a single room. An extra pillow would have been appreciated. The room was not very soundproof, from both the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The wifi was spotty and inconsistent.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel has a magnificent breath taking view. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was very clean and the food was exceptional. We traveled out of our way to stay here and it was very worth the extra time. My only regret is that we did not stay 2 nights. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The access to hotel was blocked without informing us, no reception at night, if you go out the hotel you cannot re enter, no soap or hand wash, broken floor in drive way and danger to walk, booked a suite which has steep stairs to reach, no electric kettle to make some coffee or tea etc etc etc

Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and everyone tries their best at making your stay as comfy as possible. The wellness area is quite nice - we only used the sauna, and not the pool, but it overall made a clean and nice impression. The view from the room we had (junior suite) was wonderful - direct view on the lake & mountains.

The entire hotel is in need of renovations. It clearly dates back to the 70/80ies when it first was built, and with the exceptions of a few updates in the rooms everything else is completely outdated. The carpets in the corridors are carrying an odd and damp smell, the lift reminds of a Hitchcock movie, and in general all the furniture and equipment makes you feel like traveling back in time. The food in the restaurant is ok, but definitely not amazing in my experience, when compared to other stays we have had for that price. For example, although the variety of food at breakfast was plentiful, a lot of items were of industrial origin or a bit stale in taste. The fruit salad looked like it had been a couple of days old, the honey had cristallized and separated into layers.

Amazing location and view to the lake. Room is nice and quiet.

Check-out is too early (10am). Restaurant was not open, we has to drive to nearby village to get dinner.
