The heating didn't work and after a day in the rain and 2 degrees above zero on the motorbike, apart from a hot shower, a heater to dry the clothes would have been very welcome.

The owner was very friendly. He pays attention to the smallest details and offers advice on places to eat and sites to see. Our room was very clean and the hotel and area are quiet. The breakfast was well stocked and the food was fresh and tasty.

There was nothing we disliked.

Super friendly staff. Everyone was lovely. Even though I don’t speak much Italian the ones that didn’t speak much English did everything they could to help me. The staff was amazing. Recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, and cat. Hosts are very kind and hospitable/accommodating. We arrived two hours late (didn’t see the check in time at first glance GPS looked a lot closer) but the host was nice enough to accept us anyway ? real Italian hospitality here ☺️

Everything was perfect

Great hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy. They have a varied selection and the option of a gluten-free breakfast. The gentleman refused to charge us for breakfast. He is really very friendly and spoke English. The prices are normal and not usurious. Highly recommend if you're in the area. We will definitely come back. Natalija

Location was good. Close to the air force base.

I have a bad back so the beds were way too soft for me.

Breakfast was fine. The owner was extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was an issue. When we paid for our breakfast bill, he said that is fine, I said but we had a tea and a coffee in the bar last night, he replied that is free.

The host was very welcoming. The place was right for what we needed. Close to the location we wanted. Free parking just in front of the Hotel. Lovely view from the balcony.

I had requested a late check-in due to our long journey, and kindly enough, the owner or the person at the reception specially waited for us. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference in our travel plans, and I truly appreciated their flexibility.Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a larger room than the one we had initially booked. The room was spacious and also clean. Another highlight was the view from our room, directly looking onto the pretty Dolomites (see room view picture). It was a sight that added an extra layer of beauty to our stay.Each morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast that is worth the money. On one occasion, we almost overslept and arrived at the breakfast area just 10 minutes before closing time. Without knowing or asking, the staff graciously allowed us to finish our breakfast. This small act of kindness helped us starting the day well so we could continue our travel plan.We used the hotel for going to Venice and the Dolomites by car.The Wifi was good. If I am in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel!

Check-out is up to 10:30 am but at 10:00 my room had already been taken over by the cleaning ladies.

I came with electric car. There is charger in front of hotel. I could not charge it. Reported this to the reception and they just accepted it as a fact and did not help me to communicate with providers (I do not speak Italian). Probably their call to the provider would help and I would leave the hotel next day with fully charged car.

Clean and all needed necessities were available.service more than excellent and extremely friendly, fully recommended.

The Personel was extremely fore coming and helpful. Waited for me for a very late check in and made extra efforts to get me a room for an additional unplanned night. Besides there is Electric car charger in front of hotel.

The room is spacious and very very clean. The host was very nice and accommodating, available for every need. The location is not the best but that was a conscious decision due to everything else available at the time being over our budget.
