Room is new, very clean, standard of a very good 4 star hotel. Bed and couch are very comfortable. Bathroom has walk-in rain shower and nice illumination. Very good restaurant with reasonable prices and nice terrace in the same building on a ground floor.

A small hotel with completely renovated rooms in a very convenient location in the town center; everything reachable on foot. I liked the parking in the inner courtyard. The owner himself kindly checked me in and also immediately came to explain a small issue I had with the lights in my room.The room and the bathroom are all new, nice, very clean. I slept perfectly well as it was also very quiet at night.

The hotel is new/newly renovated so everything was super clean and looked better than on pictures. The location is great with walking distance to nearby restaurants even if there is a bar at the hotel that serves pizza or cold dishes.

It is an awesome place to stay, clean, and comfortable. Has private parking. Welcome and friendly stuff. Very tasty pizza. Good breakfast. Good internet.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

We were on the way home and needed a place to sleep. Got much more than that! Very nice hotel with a good bar and welcoming owners! Breakfast was good and we slept well. The town itself is very nice and worth stopping!

This is recently restructured hotel in a nice corte of well kept houses in the ancient part of Fagagna. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff and management. The night we arrived there was a party in the village and we ended the night in the hotel bar with a few locals we met. A lot of fun. And the hotel and room are beautifully kept and modern.

Very convenient location for a wedding I was going to. Friendly, helpful staff, a very modern and clean room with a comfy bed and smart bathroom facilities. I liked the style of the place, and the breakfast was also reasonable.

The only thing that I could fault the place on, was a very faint smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. When checking in, I was asked not to smoke in the room (and I don't smoke anyway) - but for some reason, later that night, I noticed a very slight/faint smell which I think was of cigarettes. I'm wondering if it was coming in somehow via the ventilation/ac units or the bathroom extract for example (if people were smoking outside).

Friendly staff, reasonable price, cleanliness.

I asked for a quiet room, and what I received was a room on the ground floor whose door opened directly into a parking lot, so I listened to people packing in an out, and slamming car doors few meters from my bed until late in the evening, and then early in the morning. It was anything but quiet. There were also benches in the parking lot onto which the staff sat down, smoked, laughed, listened to music etc. until like 2 a.m. in the morning, which was also quite disturbing. The room itself didn't have any decoration and it was dark and cave-like.

So far it's one of the best Italian hotels I've been.It's very nice, cosy and family friendly.And the pizza is very good there too!

Super air Conditioning that is totally quiet and gives one comfortable sleep in the heat.

TV in the outside and I side area of the place is a little too much for my taste

A beautiful new hotel that is equipped with every luxury. A large double bed and a comfortable and safe bunk bed for the children. The host is very friendly and takes the time to receive you well. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat a fresh croissant or other sandwich in the morning with fresh orange juice or a real Italian espresso. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stopped for one night during the holiday travel. The rooms are comfy with a nice modern design, adjacent restaurant is excellent and parking available at the courtyard. Will come back for longer stay next time for sure.
