Pros +
- Beautiful garden surrounding the premises
- great approach to the customer, interior design and attention to detail are what distinguishes this place. During my very short stay, I noticed that the outdoor patio is one big garden, which makes me want to come again to drink coffee in this place. the room is perfectly prepared and the breakfast satisfies even the most demanding tastes and the form of serving. this is not an ordinary hotel
- The food was excellent, with a pleasant ambience and a beautiful atmosphere. Complete enjoyment with wine from the region and divine dessert. The room is unusually decorated and as far as I'm concerned, all praise for the idea.
Cons -
- Parking was problematic due to the absence of a reserved area for the hotel clients
- Everything was good, no complaints!!

Nice area for cycling through rural area. Great having a restaurant on site, the food was excellent. Breakfast had such great variety and fantastic quality. The gardens and our little terrace are beautiful and tranquil.
Everything was good, no complaints!!
Tastefully designed and decorated with an artistic flair. Lovely breakfast. A gem of a place. Lovely outdoor botanical seating area sheltered from the heat of the day. Highly recommended.
great hideaway, a little paradise, so well decorated, modern spirit meets old traditional house. great food

the garden, the room, the restaurant and the food.. oh so good!!!!
This hotel and restaurant is a beautiful spot in a quaint small town. The courtyard is a peaceful oasis. The rooms and restaurant are decorated with a unique art style. The service and facilities were all up to par.
Can’t think of anything!
It is unique and clearly a labor of love. Art everywhere, superb restaurant, and the three owners are very hands on and friendly. Marta is a first-class chef offering gourmet meals at very reasonable prices. Their wine list is unbelievable, including a huge selection of French wines and champagnes at remarkably low prices. The hotel is in a non-descript town but close to the lovely town of Spilimbergo and to Maniago with its very interesting knife museum.
That we couldn’t dine there two nights in a row. Seriously, we had no complaints at all.
For breakfast we were spoiled with homemade bread and cake; the room had a good temperature (in august) even without using the ac; the atmosphere was always relaxing, inside in the restaurant area and outside in the wonderful garden; the food served in the restaurant is delicious!
There were lots of mosquitoes in the garden (we travelled to different places in Italy this august and the mosquitos were everywhere); since we were equipped with mosquito repellent spray and bite-away device, we still enjoyed our time in the garden a lot!
Very nice place, interiors are beautifully decoratedand they create a nice atmosphere. the garden is also well maintained . The owner was very kind and found an ideal combination for our family.Hotel is also pet friendly
lovely garden, relaxing inside. very traditional Italian small hotel.
The food : exceptionally interesting and good value. The house: most interesting and creative collection of contemporary art. Quality of welcome and staff.
Exceptional good dinner and nice breakfast. Very pleasant staff and owners.
Everything was beyond the great! Food - fantastic! Chef Marta is simply a magician! Make sure you try their degustation menu - it was AMAZING!Rooms - very stylish and super comfy! Staff - haven’t seen for a while such an amazing hospitality and I have very high standards!)
Had too little time to spend there. Next time going for longer. Those gardens need to be explored and enjoyed more… Also did not have big enough stomach to taste all food and wine.
