Very clean and comfortable with plenty of parking available

This is a wonderful hotel along the highway. It has a 24h desk so if you are artiving late, this is not a problem. The room was large, very clean and very comfy bed. The hotel is dog friendly and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and very friendly with our furry companions. The staff at breakfast were very nice to us.

Location was comfortable as a stop/overnight between Firenze and Hallstatt. Easy check in & out.Good breakfast.

Bed was not very well, two single beds connected with something very hard in the middle☹️

a simple facility just on the high- rail- and cycloway, with a decent restaurant, large bike garage with charging possibilites. Room comfortable and clean, breakfast quite basic. Good for one overnight stay on a longer journey

Hotel Carnia is a truly remarkable architectural landmark from the late 1970s and also today a wonderful, spacious place to stay. The great bar and even better restaurant would be worth a trip by themselves. Also very friendly staff all around. We can definitely recommend. Rooms have AC. Big bicycle garage too.

House a bit old, but everything was working well and clean. Rooms are modernized.

Breakfast is simple without much bread choices, mostly packed food.

Great place for bikers taking Alpe-Adria route - located just at the newest part of it. Reasonable price; a bit older, but stylish outside, modern inside. Restaurant with local dishes and Italian approach to food - lovely !!!. Lots of parking space available. Good communication in English.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff ! There was no taxi available to the Carnia train station when we leave, but the hotel has kindly offered us transportation to the station. Very satisfied with their hospitality and service !

the location is a bit far to reach from public transport, having a car is recommended

Very functional hotel for bikers. Very big parking for bikes. Very good diner. Very clean and well maintained.Frige available in the room.Although located close to a busy road still rather quit.

Good for a one night stop on our cycle trip. Small grocery around the corner. Nice reception. We were able to put our bicycles safely in the garage.

Expensive and isolated

New refurbished rooms, staff was kind and helpfull. Rooms are carefully cleaned every day. Breakfast is not perfect but good enough for night or two.

Missing basic teapot in rooms and cups.

Squicky clean room.Quiet area even if near the state road.Parking in open area and under shade.

Hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but the rooms are modern, clean, with lots of space. Comfortable beds, black-out curtains and new windows make for a good nights sleep. Convenient location when traveling by car or bike, bike storage and free parking available. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Would have liked better quality bread rolls or bread at breakfast. Rest of the buffet was good quality though, fresh fruit and nice croissants.

New, modern and very comfortable room was unexpected. Spacious garage for the bicycles was also a plus.

Couldn’t have diner outside, but it is not hotel’s fault.
