Location, staff and breakfast were exceptional.

Hotel dinner and parking could be better.

Delicious breakfast. Room comfortable. Well heated ski room available. Perfect location of the hotel near the ski lift.

There was very small place to dry your clothes after skiing. The heating radiator in the bathroom was very small for family (4pers) and didn´t work at all (we pointed out the problem to the reception, but nobody fixed it).

Hotel is on the ski slope, good breakfast, nice view from the room and from the hotel

Small hotel room, insufficiently number of the electrical sockets in room for charging cell phone, old shower with leakage on shower tube and old plasic shower curtain, in the room was electrical kettle for tea but we do not have free electrical socket

bad odor from sink drain in the bathroom. it was technical problem, not subject of cleanliness. staff was kind and trying to help, but they're not technicians and aditional cleaning didn't help.

I like location of the hotel. Breakfast is nice and delicious, and dinner, too.

Dinner was not satisfying for people who skii all day. I was left hungry. Buffet dinner would be better option.

The staff is very friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has everything one needs for a stress-free skiing & snowboarding weekend.

Superb location on one of the tops of the Monte Zoncolan, ideal for clean air, nice walks and many other activities. I was there in the summer. The hotel offers a very good and rich breakfast. The place is good for families and friends.

The bathroom had a bad smell, and the water in the shower was not working well. Overall, the room was a bit old fashioned and did not feel very clean.

Location was beautiful but there wasn’t much to do because many places were closed.The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices of food. The games room was fun for the kids. Front end staff was friendly and professional.

No ability to use air conditioning in the room. The first night there was a band playing until after midnight so we couldn’t leave the window open to cool off. It was way too hot to sleep well. The restaurant was closed but we still couldn’t eat with our family on the deck by the front doors.

The hotel is a classic ski hotel, everything is kinda yellow and orange to give warm tones. The staff is very nice and helpful, they also have covered motorcycle parking. Breakfast buffet was huge with every possiblity. The restaurant over the road to which they point you is also amazing with very affordable prices. There is also a bar on the teracce with music to enjoy, only shame is that they close it at 20:00 and move to inside the hotel, which is normal for winter, but in summer it would be better outside.

Dont really have many complaints. Maybe that the massive halls of rooms feel quite eerie when empty in the summer, but thats just par for the course.

Location is great. Right next to the skiing slopes. You can get skibox and just walk 15 meters to the chair lift. The restaurant serves good food.

The room could use some renovation. Dark colors, cracks in plaster, broken shower curtain. It's been a while and some refresh will be great.

Location is great if you are coming for skiing.

Parking is very hard, especially during the ski season

Near the ski resort. The food is great. Stuff is ok.

The hotel is overpriced. Sound isolation between rooms is ridiculous. You can hear words of your neighbour, not rumor. Temperature of your room you can adjust between 21 to 23 C, and this is not enough if you are skiing all day. Paying of parking is 5E a day and big free parking is 20m away. Ski cabinet is available till 2pm (24h) for day you pay, and ski resort is open till 4pm.

Beautiful quiet location (short summer stay on the way back from holiday).Nice surroundings inviting for walks with beautiful views.Well equipped and clean rooms and bathroom.Complex hotel facilities with restaurant, games room, ...Rich delicious breakfast.

we had problem in our room with smell from canalisation, from fecalies. after we and some other guest from the hotel complained about that problem on the reception they very very familiar with the problem and said it is usual problem but they have only available room on the same floor just opposite side . in new room was the same problem because smell was spreading in all hall of that side of the hotel. (room 226) housekeeper was coming to our new room three times to put some chemicals -varicine in the sink but that was even worse because from that strong smell our son had headache and I vomit. they didn’t have any other available room in some other part of the hotel and we had to sleep with window open all night. awful experience. all hotel is smelling on fecalies, in pizza place also, around the hotel outside you can smell it and they are all familiar with the problem but still sell full capacity of hotel and put people in that smelling part of the hotel and charge it. I never experience something like that before. I was feeling sick all evening. after I spoke with some other guest who were in that hotel earlier this year they said they had same problem but they changed room in east Side of the hotel and it was fine. at the time we were there hotel was full and they didn’t have any other room available so we had to stay on the 2floor on west side of the hotel where the smell is strongest.about the food and dinner it was very bed also. breakfast was good.

the position is perfect! the food was okay. lunch and dinner were average, but the breakfast was pretty good! the room was clean.

The staff is always smiling. Great food, love the salad buffer for dinner, breakfast has many options. Location is excellent.

This is my second time in hotel Enzo Moro. The location, the hotel overall, the room, the staff, breakfast and dinner, were at the same level of quality as the last time. So it is very nice to come back and to have the expectation fullfilled. The last time I just had two notes..the room was a little bit too cold and I couldnt use the kettle, because the cable was too short. I have to praise them, because they fixed it. Great!
