    Pros +

    • Check in was super easy. 7 min drive to ski lift
    • Welcoming staff, delicious dinner and breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable room.
    • The staff of the hotel I can rate 10/10, only do not write them mail, call them or ask personally.

    Cons -

    • Super thin walls. You will hear everything in the hallways
    • Not good beds, on the website was also mentioned that Standard rooms are after reconstruction but what we had 103 was not. Opening hours of SPA (should be open I think up to 9pm at least, better up to 10pm) for people hiking around in Dolomites like we were and going to the hotel during evening. Also opening hours of SPA at the morning I would appreciate.

The staff were very professional and supportive. I would recommend to interact with Ms. Hayat as she would be very helpful for the support and a good guide

    Friendly staff

The hospitality provided by Hayat was exceptional. She was very accommodating and friendly. In fact, she even arranged a mini fridge in the room upon our request. We would definitely love to visit again for a longer stay.

The room was spacious and located right next to a stream — you can hear the sound of flowing water all night, which feels incredibly peaceful and close to nature. There’s also covered parking for motorcycles, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, and overall, I’d say the stay was excellent value for money. The hotel is easy to find, just by the main road, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — if I could rate them, I’d give 100 out of 10 for their friendliness and helpfulness. I was first given a room facing the road, but when I asked to change, the staff immediately arranged a new room by the stream — and it turned out to be perfect.

Some parts of the room were a bit worn out — for example, the shower door seal had some old dark stains and a slight odor, and the elevator buttons made noise, probably due to age or wear. Also, since it’s a small and peaceful town, everything closes right after sunset. Once the restaurants close, you won’t find anywhere to eat or drink, so it’s a good idea to stock up on snacks and drinks in advance.

Breakfast and the staff were excellent

Exit from the property is very unsafe as you cannot see through the fence along the road. The fence should be changed so that the incoming traffic is visible to the exiting driver. The closet does not have shelves. It should have an open space in the lower half to place the luggage, and the upper half should have shelves. The parking area is not very clear. Parking spots should be marked clearly.

Good location for first stop from Bolzano to the Dolomites . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good price

Bathrooms need remodeling. Makes room musty and Pinesol does not cover up the smell. Slept with window open

The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had a very good rest, especially after days of hiking in the mountains. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a wide selection of food to choose from!

very nice and helpfull staff, cleaninless, breakfast

mattress were terrible, springs pinching your body

Our “upgraded” room faced the noisiest street ever. Not enough Toilet paper. Staff flat as a pancake. Ran out of knives and forks at breakfast. Staff left out ham for several hours after breakfast was finished. Beware!! Plus the lady at the front desk tried to hit us up twice for the room tax and looked perplexed when we told her we paid the previous day.

    Location. Parking.

No A/C, windows to the street and it’s very noisy. Tiny room.

elevator was very slow and breakfast not very good

Absolutely delightful staff members. Location also serves a great purpose and breakfast was diverse and great value.

The soundproof through walls were a little disturbing. they were thin.

    8AndrewPosted on: 6-26-2025

Staff and breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were small and becoming out of date. The shower was too small for me 6’ 190 lbs). And my window was directly above the busy road.

    8MarkPosted on: 6-16-2025

    Great location with spectacular views.

It was quite hot when we visited and the room did not have AC, it wasn’t a big deal because we left the balcony door open. An insect net would be nice if no AC.

    8GarretPosted on: 6-11-2025

Excellent service and very friendly staff. For the money a great value and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The room and mattress were a bit dated and could use some touching up.
