Hotel Principe Marmolada

The location is excellent.The triple room for two was sufficient.The staff was mixed: some were friendly, hospitable, and tried to solve problems.For our last dinner, they allowed us to pack a picnic, which helped us on our way.

The food was very basic and lacking variety.The breakfast was almost bad – there were no vegetables. The plastic cups for breakfast were very annoying.The staff was mixed: some were rude to the point of being obnoxious.The jacuzzi didn't work, the pool was cold, and the sauna wasn't worth the price.

The sheets didn't get changed in 7 days. The 4 man room way to small .The bunk beds only suitable for a child not a grown man ,very uncomfortable. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room .Having to pay extra for the Sauna when led to believe it was included with the booking .

Excellent accees to ski lifts. Rent a ski shop close by.

Variety on breakfasts.

We liked the whole things during our stay. The amusements were good- for adults and small. The food was also very good. It was perfect to come back after all day on the slope and to have something to eat - with big range of delicious food (for adults and the kids). The hotel is not new but everything is clean and in good shape and working smart. The swimmig pool is quite big. Everthing is on place - ski school for kids, ski rental, restaurant, animation for kids, swimming pool. But the best was the staff who was very very friendly. We had a really nice stay. Thank you

Conveniently located close to the cable-car to Punta Rocca. A ski room is available to store ski and boots. Around the hotel you can find a small supermarket, ski rental and services, a bar and a couple of shops. The dinner has significantly improved after the first two days.

The breakfast options are limited and the beds are providing basic comfort.

Inclusive meals, very good about having gluten free options at all meals as well. Sauna was very nice.

No WiFi in the rooms and no signal.

Walking distance to the cable car, great food and service.

Spa baths not working.

I was nicely surprised by this hotel. The rooms are renovated and comfortable. Each and every staff member is very nice and helpful. I was a bit concerned about the food after reading the reviews here, but I don’t have anything to complain about the food. Both breakfast and dinner are self-service.The swimming pool is decent, water temperature is ok and one is required to wear a swimming cap! The wellnes area with finnish and turkish sauna is also decent, has to be reserved day before and is 15€.

Ski room in the basement is supposedly locked at night - maybe bring your own locker for securing your skis.Swimming/ wellness area is opened only 16.00- 19.00… on rainy and snowy days one could use these facilities also during other hours.No one shoveled the snow on the parking lot during the snowy days.

We enjoyed a half board stay. The meals were terrific and the organisation around the serving of meals was excellent. Most of all the entire staff at the hotel were so very pleasant, helpful and responsive to any customer needs. That was the highlight of ur stay.

Location is just next to the cable car for Marmolada, otherwise you get exactly what you paid - so for the price the service is ok. We go there to ski and for that we are ok with how it is.

We got the disabled room which was not ideal (the toilet was impossible to seat on). The breakfast and dinner are basic, but ok, i mean there is something to eat and you are not left hungry, but do not expect too much. There are small things that could be improved like fresh bread at breakfast and more attentiveness to what needed to be refilled.

Very convenient location. Close to the Marmolada cabine and easy to connect with Selaronda.very friendly and helpfull staff.

It was very pleasant to stay here. Very nice room. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, with always different possibilities to choose from. The location of hotel is surrounded by high mountains. It is a very nice landscape view.

We could not safely open the window to get fresh air. The room was situated directly above the main entrance to the hotel. There were always people who smoke. The smoke went through the room.

Everything was as expected, despite the furniture and other things in the room are not perfect, the cleanest was very good and very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely come back.

way better then expected. Great location. Book apparrment with balcony - its extra 10 euros but worth it. Gluten free bread and snacks for breakfast.

The location was perfect, and the staff was really welcoming! Great food and good services in general.

If I have to find something odd, maybe the ski room was a bit uncomfortable regarding the logistics. However, it was manageable, and there was nothing to worry about.

The breakfasts were rather tasty, however there were very few things to choose among, and every day it was the same.The staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpet in our room definitely needs to be changed, it was very dirty and destroyed.The music in the bar was very nice, however too loud. It was impossible too talk or play games.

This hotel is at the foot of 1 of the most beautiful and tallest mountains in the Dolomite range. You can sit outside and just look at the beautiful mountains!

It was nice to stay here the Breakfast and dinner were Tasty the Location of Hotel Was Perfect . Hotel Staff was Very Nice Specially Matteo is a Very Helpful and Nice Person. Reception was Excellent and Helpful
