Breakfast was good. location was good,

The ac was turned off.no fans. no mesh for windows and bugs came in. host was rude when asked about AC, post august they off AC itseems. But it was not clear while booking.

I must value the help of the people at the reception, very nice and helpful staff, understood our request to change a room and promptly did so. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and plentiful.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear what is going on in the room next door.

Breakfast was great, they had a great variety including eggs and fresh coffee.

Breakfast is great, front desk lady is horrible. I was checking in and had a question about the check in and passports and the younger front desk lady with long blonde hair started mocking me. She got her co-worker and both were laughing and looking at me. I have never experienced this in any other place in my trip to Italy. I try to be polite and make an effort to speak a little bit of Italian and this left me extremely shocked to see someone in customer service behave this way. The older lady seemed a little uncomfortable and she was a lot nicer and patient with my little Italian. Everything else was great, the rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. We were hoping to stay a few more nights but sadly that attitude really dampened our plans and we found another place.

On the evening of our arrival, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant - it was delicious and the staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly. The breakfast was very basic and nothing special - but for the price of the stay, nothing else was expected. Final summary - considering the price of the accommodation, which was really affordable, we were happy with the accommodation!

The accommodation was reasonable for the price. The equipment is older and simple, but everything is very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast tasty.

Great price, good breakfast. If you're going to Gardaland it's not too far away by car.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Simple hotel good for an overnight stay only.

Try to avoid accomodation in the room with the handicapped bathroom if your needs do not require using it. Toilet is only on porcelan and cannot be used normally by women. Staff refused to move us to the other room. Bed cover sheet concept needs to be rethink.

all the rest... hotel need to be renovated imediately .. very bad beds not possible sleep normal. walls are like paper we hear the noice from other room all night. old bathroom...no aircondition working...

The breakfast was basic but not too bad

Breakfast was grand but staff clearly didn't like us arriving at 9.30 for breakfast despite advertising breakfast til 10.

We had dinner in the Restaurant - the food was awful. My meat was sent back to be cooked more but when my dinner was brought back everything else on the plate was cold. When we asked for the wine list the waiter/owner told us he was it! We also didn't like that our bill was handwritten - strange. The most expensive meal we had in Italy during our holiday.We made enquiries about a taxi to the airport which is approx 17 kilometres away and we were told it was a fixed rate of 100 euro so we took a bus into Verona and got a taxi for 30 euro.

Nice breakfast, lots of parking space, everything you need 15 mins away. Helpful staff.

Very bad sound isolation in rooms, climate control wasn’t working, very thin bedsheets for almost autumn. Not sure how pleasant the stay is in winter.

Aged hotel. The breakfast was quite simple.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting local sights, Verona, Gardland and other amusement parks, but you need a car. The place is calm and quiet, great for vacation. A very good breakfast is included in the price. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds are normal size and comfortable. An excellent choice for families.

Everything was fine. Wi-fi is good in the loby and the restsurant... it could be better in the rooms.

Parking

The whole hotel has an unpleasant smell, in the triple room a third bed has been pushed in so that it cannot be passed. The entrance to the bathroom is too narrow to pass.Air conditin works badly. Terribly. I don't recommend it.

Nice rooms, staff is wonderful, continental style breakfast.

Everything was just perfect, clean and comfortable room with nice balcony view, really kind staff, breakfast with variety of meals, enough parking spaces and great location!
