Villa Palma by AGF Hotels

The staff were very attentive and warm, offering to book us in for dinner at a fantastic restaurant that a tourist would never have happened upon by chance. The hotel is very dog-fri3ndly and it is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was of a high quality and it felt very relaxing. We would definitely use this hotel again. It's so close to Bassano del Grapoa and Asolo for two centre day trips.

Shocking for a so-called 4-star hotel.The elevator was out of order — a serious issue for someone recovering from an injury. Breakfast starts at 7:30, but the "hot" dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon were already cold. As for the food selection — calling it "poor breakfast" would be a compliment.In our "Deluxe" room, the bed was a fold-out — far from deluxe. There was a heater/air conditioner unit in the room, but it didn’t work, and the room was uncomfortably cold. If guests are expected to meet hotel rules, the hotel should at least meet basic standards of comfort and service.

Lovely breakfast room. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom with toiletries. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pretty garden. Plenty of parking.

Climate control in our room wasn't great, so we opened the windows to cool down and for fresh air. It took a long time running the shower before hot water came through.

Although we arrived later than announced, the receptionist accepted us with understanding and a smile and showed us the room without any problem. We enjoyed the breakfast outside, where they set up the desk on our request without a problem. Stuff there is really nice and is trying to fulfill your requirements.

Breakfast is the worst o ever see in my life They don't have a chicken and i thing somebody from that village is doing the food home..is nothing we can eat properly!

Great location is you are coming from Dolomites down, air-conditioning even in the bathroom which was a surprise. Spacious and clean room, lovely and friendly staff.

Disappointing breakfast, almost the same in 4 days, with few assortments.Some technical issues, i.e. the elevator not functional and we had to take the luggage down from the 2nd floorPoor outside cleaning.

Breafast was poor for 4* hotel. Besides this, everything else was great!

It’s a very cool building that has a lot of potential to become an incredible hotel. Very good price.

It was two beds pushed together into one big bed, so there was by sleeping it was always a gap in between, breakfast was cheap, but the service at the buffet was unprofessional, nothing was referred. Tables were cleaned. You had to ask for refills all the time.
