The cat was amazing and so were the staff. The breakfast was also excellent
WiFi was a bit unreliable in the room
Very good, The breakfast very goodThe easy access to the Mont Blanc tunnel exit
The main road outside the Hotel traffic very fast
We loved the hotel. Our room was massive and the breakfast was lovely.
There is nothing that I didn’t like. The decor is quirky but it does nothing to take away from the lovely experience from the really nice staff and the excellent service we got.
free parking, size
smell of smoke at the entrance
The staff at the hotel went out of their way to have everything prepared for our arrival. They help you with everything you may need. The customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend for a stay in Aosta.
Inside needs an upgrade to freshen it up a little.
I stayed here for a break on my long drive home from Nice. The staff were terrific, the room very spacious and the bed very big. The bathroom was also a good size and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was excellent - being full length rather than the small pools one usually finds in hotels. The breakfast was good and plentiful; I was asked several times if I would like more coffee, so I was well looked-after.
- People who work there are very kind and friendly.- Cat - Architecture of the building - Plenty of the parking places- Beds are clean and comfortable. In general, the staff keeps everything clean. - Not a bad breakfast
- Smell of cigarettes is every where and very strong, especially at the reception. The room smelled less, however when we opened the window, then more smell came in from all of the sides, from the corridor and from outside. I might guess that there is a "smokers' club" there in the building some where...- During our stay the swimming pool was open on Saturday only, from 15h till 20h. And it's literally just a swimming pool - 1m 20 cm deep and (about) 40 m long space divided into the three lines. Local people come to swim there, give trainings to the children / handicap people. So it's nothing close to a SPA. Be prepared to be fit and to swim there in a swimming hat. No jacuzzi, no resting room, no sauna, no hammam, nothing what you could imagine about relaxing. It's more like a village public swimming pool.- Although the staff keeps all things clean and tidy, everything is quite old and outdated, e.g. carpets, walls, furniture, paintings etc. It's not in line with the 3-stars hotel expectations.- No tea, no coffee is in the room. In the bathroom law-quality plastic glasses which physically can't hold a simple tooth-brush. So it was a puzzle for us where to put our tooth-brushes to dry... - No vegetables at the breakfast which was unpleasant surprise given the range of the hotel and the price paid for. - There is nothing to do in the hotel during a day or in the evening. They don't have any restaurant at the hotel neither in the neighborhood, no bar, nothing.- The hotel is highly overestimated. There is nothing there to pay 170 Euro for a night. Much too expensive.
Food, quiet room, pool
Pool not open on Sundays
Good breakfast, big room (for 7 people), clean room, friendly staff
Wifi worked very poorly and we had some problems with getting water from the shower (it started working in the end)
Nice hotel between mountains, nice views, delicious toast breakfast, great helpful staff, nice lobby with round stairs
Ventilation is loud, do not forget to switch it off during your sleep. Swimming pool area has so much potential to be a charming spa, just needs update and renovation.
A nice comfortable hotel, great breakfast, free private parking. 24 hours service. Nice and very helpful and very kind staff. A very big room with a great view to the river.
The room is a little bit old fashioned though comfortable.
Location, breakfast
Cigarettes smell all over the place, wifi practically not working, old facilities
Location, parking, decent breakfast
No wifi, cigarettes smell everywhere despite no smoking signs, dirty rugs. When we asked for help with wifi, we were told that we could go to another hotel. This is quite a disappointing approach.
Nice, large, family room with comfortable beds. Great views from the roof terrace. Good, varied buffet breakfast.
Public areas & central staircase a bit tired - it's a big old hotel & it would be an expensive massive carpet to replace. So probably works out well that this is reflected in lower rates.
The breakfast was very good - in particular the cheese served was delicious locally-sourced produce. The rooms were large and comfortable.
There is a bit of a smell of stale tobacco smoke in the communal areas.
Breakfast was nice an generous, with Italian standards. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No on site restaurant, but I assume they still struggle to get back in full business, after the pandemic.
Excellent stuff. great location and large room
Small windows in the room and poor ventilation
