- What a stunning location! Truly unbeatable. The hotel is beautiful, nostalgic of years gone by, and old world elegance. There is also a wonderful playground just outside the hotel, and also a magnificent wood and stone ski chalet like mansion that is a restaurant that offers ping pong, and a real soccer field out the back. The restaurant served a salad from their garden with fennel and berries and nuts. Also delicious homeade pasta. In terms of walking, there are beautiful, shaded paths under tall pine trees. Just gorgeous, and a large open field around which the mountains create a stunning backdrop. What a spot!

- The only downside is that there are older spring mattresses and just one pillow per bed (I really need two to sleep well), but we enjoyed our stay immensely regardless.
