- Mount Edgecombe is a simple and peaceful hotel, largely because there are very few rooms. Meals include fresh ingredients straight from the plantation, and were delicious. We were able to sit by the pool whenever we wanted, or watch the sunset from the terrace. The staff were wonderful - always friendly and ready to chat, or help with tour or taxi bookings, or make a nice drink. I also loved the hammock on our private terrace: I made time every day to relax in it with a book or just listening to the sounds of the forest around.
- Wonderful and beautiful little gem, definitely get there if you can. A bit of paradise in Grenada
Cons -
- This was our choice, but there is a lot of planning to do to get around from Mount Edgecombe if you don't have a hire car. You can either hire a car for the day or for a journey, can pick up local buses from the main road, or Victoria is within walking distance.
